Not a day passes that I do not hear around me things like “Wow, you are so smart” or “Wow, you are a genius” and it’s sad that no one seems to notice how much harm this kind of attitude can cause. THIS is what’s stopping the humanity from reaching a point in its evolution when all of us can say honestly: “YES, I AM LIVING! I KNOW WHAT LIFE IS TRULY ABOUT”. For thousands of years, people have been using their brains so that they can keep “evolving”, but have we evolved? Yes, we learned a lot, we discovered lots of new things, but do any of them matter? We still don’t know where we come from and where we are headed as a species or why most people are not happy even if they have everything they think they wanted. As evidenced by the thousands of philosophers and scientists that failed in giving us an answer, these questions cannot be solved by just being rational. We need to find the core of our existence, and we can only do that by not letting our head get involved in it!
Only after we leave thinking behind can we unmask our true selves and this is the best time in history to do so because the technological advancements allow us to live without having to worry about survival. So, use the machines, don’t be one of them! Don’t waste your life running a program, be yourself instead, use your instinct. Others may say that you are just doing random stuff because they are too caught in their ordinary, meaningless lives. Should you be one of them? Hell no!
