invoice amount- total of different costs

after hours fee - outside of working hours fee

quoted price - estimated cost from the supplier

fair wear and tear - the deterioration of the condition of the property

Increasing or Decreasing Rent

The outcome of increasing or decreasing rent is based mostly on the current market

A Lost management refers to a property where the landlord has chosen to end our Management Agreement:

Renovations - doing some construction work to upgrade the property

Sale - selling of the property

Notice periods - 30 days

Documentation

The Documents we usually receive at onboarding will be the same documents we provide to the new agent or the landlord at offboarding


The Handover date is typically 30 days from the notice of termination if the property is tenanted
