Co-administration of rituximab/obinutuzumab or bendamustine, and change in the pola manufacturing process, also had no meaningful impact on PK.
In patients with NHL, bodyweight-based dosing is adequate, and no further dose adjustment is recommended for the heavier subgroup (100-146kg). In addition, no dose adjustments are recommended for other subgroups based on intrinsic/extrinsic factors evaluated.

Evaluation of tooth movement after retainer debonding in retainer-associated misalignment cases.
This pilot study is based on aretrospective data analysis. Adult patients (age 25.5 ± 4.9years) wearing fixed twistflex retainers and having visible retainer-associated misalignment were included and examined for tooth movement after retainer debonding. Orthodontic study models were taken at retainer debonding (t0) and 14 (±1) weeks later (t1). They were digitally superimposed using 2D/3D dental imaging software and tooth movement was analyzed in all three dimensions.
Atotal of 23teeth (12upper teeth 10incisors, 2canines; 11lower teeth 7incisors, 4canines) were analyzed. ONO-7475 order Mean overall tipping was 1.11 ± 0.82° in the mesial/distal direction (angulation, x‑axis), 2.02 ± 1.9° in the buccal/lingual direction (inclination, y‑axis) and 1.28 ± 0.99° around the tooth axis (z-axis). Mean overall bodily movement was 0.30 ± 0.31 mm in the mesial/distal direction (angulation, x‑axis), 0.10 ± 0.13 mm in the buccal/lingual direction (inclination, y‑axis), and mean in- or extrusion 0.22 ± 0.24 mm (z-axis). Mean tipping and bodily movement were more pronounced in the upper jaw.
The present data shows that tooth movement after debonding of twistflex retainers can be expected in misalignment cases.

Health services research is conducted with the help of various data sources. In addition to the classical rheumatological disease registers, health insurance data and population-related cohorts are increasingly being used for analyses. From data collection and monitoring to analysis algorithms, digital applications will change the healthcare research over the coming years. Collaborative analyses with national and international cooperation partners, including biomarkers, complete the research fields in the program area epidemiology. The digitalization of research projects is a central component that will further change health services research in the coming decade. The article gives an overview of how health services research helps to plan and optimize patient-centered health services. The decision-making processes on the micro-level (individual treatment decisions) and the macro-level (decisions about structuring of the healthcare system) are examined. Examples from the field of rheumatology illustrate how results of health services research can help to improve decisions about treatment by providing relevant information about quality of health services which helps in the joint decision-making process. Furthermore, it becomes clear that political decisions to improve health care service structures can be better achieved if scientific proof of deficits in existing health service structures can be provided. The article also shows how health services research helps to describe and redefine the roles of patients and patient-doctor communication. Additionally, the active role of patients in (health services) research is addressed.Over the past 28 years the German Rheumatism Research Center in Berlin has initiated various epidemiological studies in which data on patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases are collected nationwide and multicentric. The spectrum ranges from rheumatoid arthritis and spondylarthritis to connective tissue diseases and rheumatic diseases in childhood. Based on the respective scientific question, studies of different types were established. The German National Databases for adults and children annually collect cross-sectional data to map the care of patients. In two inception cohorts, adults with early arthritis and patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis are investigated from disease onset. The long-term observational cohorts/registries RABBIT, RABBIT-SpA and JuMBO focus on the long-term efficacy and safety of biologic drugs and other targeted treatments. Rhekiss investigates women with inflammatory rheumatic diseases when trying to become pregnant, during pregnancy and postpartum. This article highlights each of these observational studies with its characteristics as well as national and international collaborations.
As director of the program area epidemiology and health care research at the German Rheumatism Research Center, Angela Zink established the German National Database, anational register for the care of people with inflammatory rheumatic diseases and other important registers for public health research in rheumatology.
This publication summarizes Angela Zink's life work and sheds light on the national significance of this extraordinary achievement from the background of the research results achieved.
The available literature and personal memories of the author formed the basis of this summary.
The German National Database, which regularly collects data from more than 15,000patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases per year, shows that the prognosis has steadily improved in many areas, disease activity has decreased, the burden of illness due to pain or functional limitations has decreased, the incidence of incapacity for work and early retirement has decreased and those affected can nowadays particient of Angela Zink from active professional life, seems urgently necessary if the healthcare research of German rheumatology does not want to lose the international connection.
