Adolescents in the United States are increasingly seeking treatment for mental health crises in emergency departments and general medical hospitals. Medical needs are often addressed quickly, yet youth remain hospitalized because further psychiatric treatment is not immediately available. We sought to better understand the experiences of caregivers whose children are "boarding" in a medical hospital while awaiting inpatient psychiatric treatment. We conducted semi-structured interviews with caregivers who were recruited, enrolled, and interviewed during their child's hospital stay. Interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and thematic analysis was facilitated by NVivo 12. Fourteen caregivers enrolled in the study. Themes that emerged included positive hospital and provider experiences; frustration with the medical and mental health care systems; information needs; fears about inpatient psychiatric units; practical challenges and emotional needs; difficulties with caregiver-child communication; difficulties with clinician-caregiver communication; and need for self-care and support. While many caregivers felt positively about the overall experience at the hospital, they also wished for more information about their child's treatment plan and future, as well as social support, emotional comfort for themselves, and self-care skills and resources. Their experiences illuminate ways in which clinical practice can ameliorate concerns and alleviate stress of caregivers related to their child's mental health crisis.Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radiopharmaceuticals are playing a large role at the time of initial staging and biochemical recurrence for localizing prostate cancer, as well as in other emerging clinical settings. PSMA PET has demonstrated increased detection rate compared with conventional imaging and has been shown to change management plans in a substantial percentage of cases. The aims of this narrative review are to highlight the development and clinical impact of PSMA PET radiopharmaceuticals, to compare PSMA to other agents such as fluorine 18 fluciclovine and carbon 11 choline, and to highlight some of the individual PSMA PET agents that have contributed to the advancement of prostate cancer imaging. Background The third trimester of gestation is a crucial phase of rapid brain development, but little has been reported on the trajectories of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in preterm infants in this period. Purpose To quantify regional CBF in very preterm infants longitudinally across the ex utero third trimester and to determine its relationship with clinical factors associated with brain injury and premature birth. Materials and Methods In this prospective study, very preterm infants were enrolled for three longitudinal MRI scans, and 22 healthy full-term infants were enrolled for one term MRI scan between November 2016 and February 2019. Global and regional CBF in the cortical gray matter, white matter, deep gray matter, and cerebellum were measured using arterial spin labeling with postlabeling delay of 2025 msec at 1.5 T and 3.0 T. Brain injury and clinical risk factors in preterm infants were investigated to determine associations with CBF. Generalized estimating equations were used to account for correlated with intraventricular hemorrhage and patent ductus arteriosus. © RSNA, 2021 Online supplemental material is available for this article. Background Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) generates an image by subtracting a mask image from a dynamic angiogram. However, patient movement-caused misregistration artifacts can result in unclear DSA images that interrupt procedures. Purpose To train and to validate a deep learning (DL)-based model to produce DSA-like cerebral angiograms directly from dynamic angiograms and then quantitatively and visually evaluate these angiograms for clinical usefulness. Materials and Methods A retrospective model development and validation study was conducted on dynamic and DSA image pairs consecutively collected from January 2019 through April 2019. Angiograms showing misregistration were first separated per patient by two radiologists and sorted into the misregistration test data set. Nonmisregistration angiograms were divided into development and external test data sets at a ratio of 81 per patient. The development data set was divided into training and validation data sets at ratio of 31 per patient. The DL modeprovided clinically useful cerebral angiograms free from clinically significant artifacts directly from dynamic angiograms. Published under a CC BY 4.0 license. Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic performance of a CT radiomics-based machine learning model for differentiating bone islands and osteoblastic bone metastases. Materials and Methods In this retrospective study, patients who underwent contrast-enhanced abdominal CT and were diagnosed with a bone island or osteoblastic metastasis between 2015 to 2019 at either of two different institutions were included institution 1 for the training set and institution 2 for the external test set. Radiomics features were extracted. The random forest (RF) model was built using 10 selected features, and subsequent 10-fold cross-validation was performed. In the test phase, the RF model was tested with an external test set. Three radiologists reviewed the CT images for the test set. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) were calculated for the models and each ofandom forest model was proven useful for differentiating bone islands from osteoblastic metastases and showed better diagnostic performance compared with an inexperienced radiologist. © RSNA, 2021 Online supplemental material is available for this article. Materials and Methods Studies of the diagnostic performance of MRI in determining the stage of esophageal carcinoma in patients before esophagectomy and pathologic staging between 2000 and 2019 were searched in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library by a librarian and radiation oncologist.
