1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. When I tried the S1 It was quick to map our downstairs, which is home to laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, along with medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even cross raised thresholds without issue. However it was a bit difficult traversing the stairs in one go. The S1 also did a great job of cleaning hard floors, with its mop driving effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting its own weight when it reaches carpet or rugs.

The docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and replenishes its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated waters prior to each mopping session. The dock also includes a cleaning solution in the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank is able to hold up to 12 mopping sessions, however this will vary dependent on how often you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. To do this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank occasionally to keep it from becoming clogged. It is also necessary to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to prevent them from getting clogged up with dirt or dust. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

This all-in-1 robot vacuum and mop combo from Ecovacs is a reliable option to meet your cleaning needs. Its mopping is quite excellent, too, with a pair of spinning mop pads that actually lift and scrub floors, instead of simply dragging the pad across it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station as required. The mops are also refilled from the top of the base station when needed.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame launched the luxurious X30 Ultra earlier this year however their latest flagship model of robot mop and vacuum comes with more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results, and it is easy to maintain. This makes it a contender for our list of the best mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush will ensure an effective, customized cleaning is completed.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and fine particles from both hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned the dirtiest areas well, avoiding tangled pet hairs and other messes. This is especially important for dust that collects in corners, on shelves and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums as well as mops, is designed to do just that. It's easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and it works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the more expensive S-series models from the company, which includes the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It is equipped with a similar LIDAR mapping sensor, but it saves cost by eliminating mopping and using a cheaper plastic body.

Although it's no longer able to wipe your floors, the Q5 still has some of the best vacuum and mopping performance we've seen from a robot in this price range. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin manually each time. It comes with a smart app that lets you schedule cleaning and set the floor type. It also has an automatic water tank filling and washing system to allow hands-free operation.


The mops are also quite impressive with 2700Pa of power to take on dust, dirt and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. The Q5 was among the few robots we tested that did not have issues with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it was able to not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't surprising because it doesn't contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we have tested. It also utilizes a unique system to map your home. This allows it to get into corners and tight spaces that other vacuums can't reach. The K10 Plus also is able to collect more dust in a larger bin, so you don't need to empty it as often. Additionally, it has washable filters, which reduces the expenses associated with using the device. The robot is able to detect carpets, and boost suction if necessary.
