I've observed that any soft carpet the robot crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and could cause scratches.


The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a variety of smart features, including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can manage and set up these through the Roborock app that is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings and monitor battery life and component maintenance. However, you'll have to go through a few hurdles to allow voice control with this model which is a pity considering the quality of its performance.

3. Dreame X40

They can also adjust suction power, alter modes, look at floor plans and maps and manage mopping settings. The X40 can also monitor its progress and notify you when it's done.

The X40 is easy to maintain and has numerous features that make it a great option for busy families. The docking station automatically empty the dustbin into a large 3.2 L bin, washes the mop pads, and refills them with clean water and a cleaning solution.
