Gold-like task copper-like selectivity involving heteroatomic move material carbides regarding electrocatalytic fractional co2 lowering effect.
A novel kind of nanoencapsulated phase change materials containing n-octadecane and n-butyl stearate as binary cores and functionalized graphene oxide modified poly(methyl methacrylate) as hybrid shells (FGO/PMMA-NanoPCMs) with superior thermal storage capability was successfully prepared by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization with reactive emulsifiers. The morphology, structure and thermal stability of graphene oxide (GO) and functionalized graphene oxide (FGO) were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD and TGA. The results showed that GO was successfully modified by methacryloxy trimethoxyl silane (KH-570) into the reduced hydrophilic FGO. Furthermore, the morphology, particle size, chemical structure and thermal properties of PMMA-NanoPCMs and FGO/PMMA-NanoPCMs were also measured by TEM, FT-IR, XRD, DSC and TGA. The results indicated that FGO/PMMA-NanoPCMs exhibited a regular spherical profile with diameter around 100 nm and a well-defined core-shell structure. Moreover, the loading of FGO on PMMA-NanoPCMs effectively improved the thermal conductivity, latent enthalpy and thermal stability of nanocapsules. More importantly, in comparison with PMMA-NanoPCMs, FGO/PMMA-NanoPCMs had more significant thermal storage and temperature regulation performance when applied to cotton fabrics. It can be considered that the resultant FGO/PMMA-NanoPCMs will have a high feasibility and a great promise in the application of intelligent thermoregulation fabric. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.In this study, the low-temperature micro-photoluminescence (PL) technology was employed to investigate the transformation of nitrogen-vacancy (NV), silicon-vacancy (SiV) centers in diamond crystal. Results showed that the NV and SiV luminescence were controlled by electron irradiation followed by thermal annealing. Both centers vanished together with the emergence of neutral single vacancy (GR1 center) after 200keV electron irradiation. Interstitial related defects and vacancies were activated to diffuse by annealing (above ~400 and 700℃, respectively ). The vacancies migrated to be captured by N and Si atoms due to the strain fields around the atoms attracted vacancies, and the NV and SiV centers appeared again in the PL spectra. In addition, compared the annealing behavior with NV center, the new emission at 639.7nm was attributed to the nitrogen combined with carbon interstitials. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.The primary cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging beam scatters inside the patient and produces a contaminating photon fluence that is registered by the detector. Scattered photons cause artifacts in the image reconstruction, and are partially responsible for the inferior image quality compared to diagnostic fan-beam CT. In this work, a deep convolutional autoencoder (DCAE) and projection-based scatter removal algorithm were constructed for the ImagingRingTM system on rails (IRr), which allows for non-isocentric acquisitions around virtual rotation centers with its independently rotatable source and detector arms. A Monte Carlo model was developed to simulate (i) a non-isocentric training dataset of 1200 projection pairs (primary + scatter) from 27 digital head-and-neck cancer patients around five different virtual rotation centers (DCAENONISO), and (ii) an isocentric dataset existing of 1200 projection pairs around the physical rotation center (DCAEISO). The scatter removal performance of both DCAE igher CNRs compared to the uncorrected or the heuristic corrected image data. This paper presents a projection-based scatter removal algorithm for CBCT imaging using a deep convolutional autoencoder trained on Monte Carlo composed datasets. The algorithm was successfully applied to real patient data. 5-Fluorouracil concentration © 2020 Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine.Ubiquitin-specific protease 22 (USP22) expresses highly in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), which are associated with poor overall survival (OS). Microarray processing was performed to determine gene expression profiling, in which it was found that knocking down USP22 resulted in abnormal expression of a large number of genes. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs)-based protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was organized into 9 functional modules. These functional modules participated significantly in protein modification-related biological process and were involved in cancer-related pathways. The network was constructed to describe the global regulation of USP22-TF/pivot-module-pathway. It suggested that knocking down USP22 may up-regulate the expression of UBC to promote the pathways of cell cycle and ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis in the development of LUAD. More than that, knocking down USP22 can up-regulate STAT1 to activate JAK1-STAT1-caspase pathway, and promote apoptosis of tumor cell. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis suggested that E2F3, H2AFX, TFAP2A, PITX1, IRF7, and FOXM1 may be the potential diagnosis biomarkers for LUAD. On the other hand, BRCA1, FOXM1 and TFAP2A may be prognostic biomarkers of LUAD. In conclusion, we constructed a global regulation network to show that USP22 may promote the development of LUAD through ubiquitination and immunosuppression.Older patients or patients with a reduced ovarian response have a low number of embryos, which limits the opportunity for embryo selection. However, for young patients undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer (ET), it remains unclear whether embryo stage affects pregnancy outcomes. In the present study, a total of 2952 patients undergoing their first frozen-thawed ET were divided into two groups patients who had experienced one failed fresh ET (Group A) and patients who had not received fresh ET because of the high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) (Group B). Our results show that Group B patients had a significantly higher clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) and live birth rate (LBR) than Group A patients. However, Group A patients who underwent blastocyst-stage frozen-thawed ET had a significantly higher CPR and LBR and a lower ectopic pregnancy rate (ePR) than did those who underwent cleavage-stage frozen-thawed ET. In Group B, CPR, ePR, LBR and spontaneous abortion rate (sAR) were similar with blastocyst-stage and cleavage-stage frozen-thawed ET.
