You told me you would stop assuming, but you've been assuming things for a long time now
You said we'll see a change? huh.
You tell me "don't use the condiments at the table" and when i tell you no food in the living room, you said "you're not my mom"
You get upset if i touch your things, but you're constantly moving mine, and apologizing over and over again. and then in the car you grabbed my hand and told me that if i didn't admit to your standards and that the door is yours, then im extremely rude and that "im admitting it myself"
You told me i ruined your life, im terrible, im the reason you're rude, but just recently you said you finally understood
Well I'm done trying to make you understand, and being forced to constantly prove myself to you. I'm not doing anything for you, what I do is for Allah and my parents and myself. I only prove myself to Allah, I only look to my parents on their opinions of my actions, and I only ask myself for self-reflection, so thanks but no thanks for all your "advice" like "get a tissue that's disgusting" (when I told you i didn't like it when you sneezed without covering, you accused me of assuming) or "maybe you should stop being so bossy nimah, you know what your teachers said to you in the parent-teacher conference (a conversation you shouldn't have been listening to in the first place, let alone using against me) is true, you're bossy and that's your flaw" In my opinion, you're wasting your time on looking at other people's flaws instead of stepping back and realizing your own.
