Plant Removes within Weight problems: A task associated with Belly Microbiota.
To Explore whether the use of autologous BMMNCs as a cell therapy technique will improve the healing of bone cavities in vivo.

After achieving proper anesthesia, mononuclear cells were isolated from iliac crest's bone marrow aspirates (BMMNCs). Then access cavity, root canal preparation, and filling were done in third and fourth premolars, followed by amalgam coronal restoration. After that, a flap was reflected and a standardized bone cavity was drilled, the related root-ends were resected and retrocavity was drilled and filled with MTA. Before repositioning the flap, the bone cavity was filled with the desired filling material according to its corresponding group (n = 8) CollaCote group; where collagen scaffold was used, MNC group; in which CollaCote® loaded with isolated BMMNCs were applied, Biogen group; in which BIO-GEN® graft material was applied and finally Control group; where the bone cavities were left empty to heal spontaneously. Evaluations of healing of the bone cavities were done radiographically and histologically.

The MNC group induced the best healing potential with statistical significant difference from other groups.

cell therapy utilizing autologous BMMNCs looks to beat the conventional therapies and convey a significant improvement in the healing of the bone cavity in vivo.

Solutions containing PCE were injected through the sand columns in the presence or absence of biofilm and nZVI. Concentrations in PCE and its metabolites were monitored during 45 days in dissolved and gas phases. PCE concentrations decreased at the column outlets due both to its reductive dechlorination by nZVI (~30% of injected PCE) and its sorption or deposition (as PCE-DNAPL) on sand (~35% of injected PCE). No significant differences in PCE concentrations were found in presence or absence of biofilm. However, biofilm presence affected the nature of PCE metabolites. A higher release of ethene in the column containing biofilm was observed, whereas ethane was dominant in the absence of biofilm. Microbes consumed H2 released by the corrosion of nZVI limiting the hydrogenation of ethene to ethane. The consequences of biofilm development in porous media should be taken into account when considering treatment with nZVI, as it may affect the nature of produced metabolites.Positive psychology has attracted extensive interests from educators, researchers, and organizations. Many would recognize the work of Martin Seligman (e.g., Seligman, 2010) and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (e.g.,Csíkszentmihályi, 2014b). In its summarized form, positive psychology is concerned with a person's state of flourishing, his/her perceived sense of resilience and inner virtues, and a desire to have positive outlooks in life. Positive psychology is significant, forming the basis for other research inquiries - for example, the advancement of the theory of optimization (Fraillon, 2004; Phan, Ngu and Yeung, 2019b). Considering this evidence, we develop and offer an alternative theoretical model for discussion, which we termed as 'holistic psychology'. Holistic psychology, the main focus of this theoretical-conceptual article, is significant for its emphasis on the existence of life experiences, which may exist on a continuous spectrum without distinction between negativity and positivity. This testament, we contend, reflects the importance of inclusiveness and that one could consider maladaptive and negative life experiences (e.g., school disengagement) as sources of vitality, motivating and governing a person to seek for improvement, resulting in a state of flourishing. Our conceptualization in this sense is philosophical, grounded in the main premise of optimization (Fraillon, 2004; Phan et al., 2019b) in which we propose a key tenet for consideration - namely, the 'transformation' of negative life experiences into a source of 'energy' (i.e., denoted as E) for subsequent enactment. In detail for discussion, our proposed model of holistic psychology consists of four major stages (i) personal reflection, (ii) the sub-process of transformation, (iii) enactment of energy, and (iv) arousal and sustaining an improved state of functioning.Khat plant (Catha edulis Forsk) is an evergreen perennial cash crop cultivated in east Africa, southwest Arabia, and Madagascar. The plant is known for its production of stimulant fresh leaves, and expanding as expense of other land uses for its short-term financial returns. We, therefore, developed allometric equations for estimating aboveground biomass and carbon (C) removal of khat grown in farmlands of Raya Valley, Northern Ethiopia. A total of 31 plant individuals were harvested destructively on the basis of their diameters and age ranges. The equations were parametrized using biometric variables such as basal diameter (d 10 ), diameter at breast height (d), dominate height (doh) and mean height (h). Results of the analysis showed that, stem accounted for 58%, branch 32% and foliage 10% of the aboveground biomass (AGB). Commercial foliage biomass C removal ranged from 2.3 to 2.7 Mg ha-1. The power equation, AGB = b 1 ×d 10 b2 ×doh b3 , was the best (highest ranked using goodness-of-fit statistics), explaining 96% of the variation in aboveground biomass (p less then 0.01). Models comparisons showed that our best ranked equation (M6) improved the aboveground biomass estimate by 44% and 48 % that of generic and other species-site specific equations developed in the tropics, respectively. Thus, our best species-site specific equation developed in this study can accurately estimate aboveground of khat plant biomass in the study region.
