What NOT To Do In The Bedside Cot Reviews Industry
Bedside Cot Reviews

A bedside crib (also known as a bassinet) sits near your bed so you can be able to provide care to baby during night feeds and nappy changes without having to get out of your bed. These cribs are fantastic for fostering independence for your child as they grow more comfortable in their own space to sleep.

The Joie Roomie Glide

The Joie Roomie Glide is a bedside crib that allows parents to sleep with their infant while making sure that they're asleep safely. Its smooth gliding motion is able to lull your baby back into sleep and its innovative features ensure that you can keep an eye on your baby without leaving your bed.

The side panel that slides out of the cot can be raised and lowered with a simple push of a single button. This makes it simple to reach inside and soothe a baby in the night. It also has 11 height adjustments that let it fit on the mattress of almost every size bed. Additionally, it has adjustable folding feet to make sure that it is at the right level.

The cot is padded, features mesh sides for better ventilation, and its mattress is made from high-density foam for extra protection. It's also wipeable so you can keep it clean. Additionally, it is fitted with a sheet that is suitable for use with the cot.

The Roomie Glide, unlike some other cribs for beds, is compatible with all beds including divans. This is because of the straps and clips that attach it. It can be used as a standalone crib when it is not attached to the bed. It is packed with amazing features that were designed with baby and parent bonding in mind.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that even though this crib is ideal for infants, it will not last long once your baby turns six months old, so you will have to purchase larger cots. Overall, Roanna thought that the Joie Roomie Glide crib was an excellent purchase. She was impressed by its sleek design.

The Roomie Glide is available to purchase from John Lewis for PS160, which Roanna felt was a reasonable price for a cot featuring the most advanced features. She was pleased with the way it looked in her bedroom and thought the grey color would work in most modern homes. However, she pointed that it's not an ideal idea to rock a smaller baby as it could set a bad habit for later sleep patterns.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee

The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib that was designed with a secure night's rest in mind. It comes with a drop-side rail that is able to be easily lifted to feed your child at night without disturbing them or causing them to get out of bed. This is ideal for breastfeeding mothers! It's also lightweight, making it easy to move around the house during naps and for travelling.

We love the fact that it's made of soft fabrics with mesh sides that are breathable, which promote airflow and comfort. It's available in charcoal and oak and comes with a variety of melange fabrics that work well with a variety of decor styles. Anna found it sturdy and secure when attached to her bed, with the legs securely clicking into the frame and the zips securely secured for baby-safety. It took Anna about 10 minutes to put together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions, a video and a customer service number should you have any problems.

In addition to the standard features you'd expect from a bedside crib such as the ability to connect to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connector system and six levels of height The CoZee also comes with an additional incline option that can be used to help aid congestion or reflux in infants. It's also machine washable, a must for all the dribbles and vomit that come with having a new baby!

The CoZee is a fantastic option for keeping your child close during the first six months of learning to fall asleep independently. It can be used as a crib, changing station or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa bed extension pack, it can transform into an actual bed. While it won't be able to magically make your baby sleep or feed them, it can rock the baby and take them to school.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic

This is one of Chicco's more expensive alternatives. It does have many great features. It's designed to function as an individual side sleeper or standalone crib, and is suitable from birth to six months. It has a new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel. It's easy to use, even for one-handed operation. It is also more adjustable than its predecessor, having 11 different height settings as well as retractable legs for a secure installation underneath any bed.

Our testers appreciated the ease of access offered by the side panel that can be moved up and downwards with just a single push of a button. This was particularly useful in the evening when feeding time was over, since they could reach inside and pick up their baby without waking them up.

The side panel can be lowered by itself, too, but it's not recommended since it increases the risk of your baby falling out of the cot. The patented safety locking system makes sure that the side panel will only stay down if it is properly attached to the mattress of the parent. This is a wonderful feature to have for peace mind, especially in the case of breastfeeding and frequent nighttime feedings.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be a perfect fit for any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers thanks to the telescopic legs. It also has tilting functions for reflux babies and a rocking mode to help them sleep after feeding. It's also extremely spacious and provides great ventilation due to its mesh sides.

The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our test subjects despite the lengthy instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than other side-sleepers but it's still very mobile and can be moved from room to room with ease. It's small enough to be able to fit into a travel bag when not in use which is an advantage if you need to transport it. The only downside our testers noticed was that the side panel did not flex as much as the other models, which made it difficult to see your baby from your bed.

The Shnuggle Air

If you're looking for a bedside crib that will develop with your child, then the Shnuggle Air is definitely worth looking into. It's a crib for co-sleeping that is securely attached to your bed and can be turned into a stylish cot once your baby is old enough. It is ideal for feeding your baby at night and enhancing your bond with your new born.

bedside cot 6 months plus is designed to breathe, unlike some other cribs. Its dual-view mesh sides and the airflow mattress, which is hypoallergenic and breathable maximise airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The gentle slope helps ease reflux and colic. The zip-down side allows you to feed your baby or comfort them at night.

The cot conversion kit is also well-designed with clear instructions. It includes everything you need. It took us about an hour to assemble, and was reasonably straightforward. The only drawback was the lack of captions in writing on a few of the images which made it difficult to understand certain steps. Overall, it was a simple procedure and the quality of the materials employed was of a high standard.

The Shnuggle Air is a great choice for women who are breastfeeding or have had C-sections. cheap bedside cot lets them reach out and touch their baby to comfort them and feeding without leaving their bed. It's also great for parents who prefer not to go through the stress of getting into and out of a traditional cot or placing their baby down to sleep.

The motion of gliding was found to be very beneficial in lulling babies into sleep following feedings at midday or night. The drop-down side makes it easy to feed or soothe babies throughout the night. This was a huge selling point for our tired test moms. Although it doesn't rock, or have extra features like a sound machine, the Joie Roomie Glide's elegant design and practicality are a welcome addition our top crib reviews for bed.
