Required Skils:
- Good knowledge & experience of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JSON
- Ability to create/modify/update Wordpress template tags, action hook, filter hook, shortcode, custom meta box, custom post-type, Widgets, menus etc.
- Ability to create/modify/update sophisticated wordpress themes and plugins or edit an existing one to add custom functionality.
- Ability to solve any wordpress site issues either front-end or back-end.
- Ability to Code PSD designs into pixel perfect and responsive Wordpress theme using any framework or no framework at all.
- Ability to manipulate/organize/beautify them DOM Elements using jQuery+css and Good understanding of DOM Elements and
- Ability to optimize the wordpress site's speed and meet the standards of google page speed insight.
- Basic Understanding of wordpress site security and standard practice.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 or 2 Years of Wordpress theme and plugins development.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Hard working and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Location: - Mirpur 10 (Remote sometimes)
Work hours: 8 productive hours per day and 6 days a week.
Timezone: US Business hours. (Night shift in Bangladesh)
Salary: - From BDT 22000 and Depending on Skills and Experience
Other Benefits:
- Festival bonus if working for more than 11 months (50% of salary)
