11 "Faux Pas" You're Actually Able To Create Using Your Robot Vacuum Deals
Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

If you've ever wanted to get a robot vacuum, now's your chance. CNET's top models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday with savings of up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping, with apps-based no-go zones. its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also self-empties and automatically refills its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+, iRobot’s most intelligent robot to date, is the Roomba j7+. The most significant advancement, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection system. This uses AI to recognize objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's also the first to automatically send you a photo of any object it encounters to let you know to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the best robot mop we've ever tested. It cleans up dirt and spills easily and leaves no trace of it was there. It's easy to control using the iRobot Home app that lets you schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't sweep areas you do not want it to. And it's compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can control it from start to stop using your voice.

Its design is also a step above the competition, with a sleek top piece that appears more like a toy than a loud, obnoxious one. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt removal It also self-empties which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests the j7+ was quick to clean up dust dirt, pet hair and even pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brushes kept the debris in place instead of scattering it on the floor. It even could take small gravel and sand that other robots can't. It did all of this without getting tangled up in our pet's hair shed.

The j7+, although not as sophisticated as the Roomba S9, which costs $1,217+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot and isn't able to clean the stairs, it's an excellent choice for those who need both mopping and a vacuum. It's not expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner apps. It can take some time to download updates, and often it's difficult to tell whether the update actually working until you see it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you are looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that does more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the best choice. These robots come with a water tank so they can mop and vacuum simultaneously. They also have a range of additional features, such as smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance, and even the capability to dry and wash mopping pads. They are expensive at retail, but they often come down in price on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Roborock has some of our favorite robot vacuums and the Q5+ isn't an exception. It's the cheapest model of their auto-empty line. Although it might not include some of the premium features (like no-go zones and multi-story memories) but it's an excellent option for those who are willing to make some compromises to save a few dollars.

The Q5+ is exceptionally soft when it comes to obstacles such as walls and table legs. This makes it an excellent option for homes with lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning dust bunnies, which is a place where cheaper robot vacuums be a bit sloppy. The technology used to navigate in the Q5+ is superb too, with very little misses in corners and on walls.

The Q5+, just like other Roborock products, can be controlled by a few buttons on the device, or via the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones and alter your home map, or change the room's label.

If you choose the Q5+ model, it includes a new auto-emptying dock, designed to make this robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, however, once it's in place emptying the bin is done without difficulty. It features a large LCD screen which is helpful for setting up schedules or changing settings. This isn't an essential feature for most people, but it's one that can aid in keeping the track of the intervals between maintenance for your robot with ease.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot vacuum and mop that's impressively smart in both its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and features are among the top available - but it's also pricey.

The base station is attractive and is hidden when it's not in use, and the dimensions are quite small. But the station's main selling factor is its ability to automate many tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you. It can keep clean and dirty water, and then electrolyze and heat the water. Many other robots require you to perform this.

Its vacuuming capabilities are impressive as well. It's one of the few robot vacuums I've tried that does a really good job of cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly in the area of navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of the home. It's not able climb stairs as well as competitors, for instance and it doesn't have a dock that allows the user to set up a dedicated cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.

While it doesn't offer as much in the way of cleaning-related options in its app or as many shortcuts within the app as some other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for an all-around great robot vacuum and mop that's worth the premium price price.

If you're looking to save money or don't mind the limitations of the robot, there are many other options available. Many of the eufy models cost significantly less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers an identical experience on the app with additional features such as stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall vacuuming performance on bare floors and low and high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

eufy is an Anker company with a long history of creating robot vacuums that have the right combination of features, performance, and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning on hard floors and carpets and mopping function too at a price that is affordable. It's easy to set up, simply connect one of the side brushes, turn it on and plug in your charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps needed to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. It is recommended to keep the dock close to an outlet for power and ample space to allow it to move around however.

The G30 is a compact device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, so it can be tucked away under couches and low-clearance pieces of furniture. Its design is a little less ostentatious than some rival models, sporting sleek black finishes and three physical buttons such as Auto Cleaning start/pause, Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which cleans the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). It is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform unscheduled cleaning.

The way in which the G30 cleans is what separates it from its rivals. It uses an integrated map to draw a picture of the immovable items that are in its path. It can remember the items it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. It will return to the base to recharge and continues cleaning the area it left.

The eufy G30 has a few flaws. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower recurring costs. It is faster to charge, has a similar battery life, and performs better on unfinished flooring or carpet with a low pile. best robot vacuum has a bigger dust bin that doesn't have to be empty as often and comes with the boundaries that ensure it isn't in certain areas. The G30, on the other hand is more affordable and much more manageable to maintain. Its smaller dust container does not require emptying as often and is less prone to suffocating bulky materials like cereal.
