Accurate classification tool for screening varieties with superior eating and cooking quality based on its pasting and starch structure properties is in demand to satisfy both consumers' and farmers' need. Here we showed the data related to the article entitled "Deploying viscosity and starch polymer properties to predict cooking and eating quality models a novel breeding tool to predict texture" [1] which provides solution to this problem. The paper compiles all the pasting, starch structure, sensory and routine quality data of the rice sample used in the article into graphical form. It also shows how the data were processed and obtained. The solid insulation in the windings of power transformers, which generally consists of oil-impregnated thin paper, is one of the key elements for the performance and durability of these electrical machines. Insulation paper is subjected to static and dynamic forces of electromagnetic origin, in combination with high temperatures and chemical reactions, during the operating life of a power transformer. The mechanical properties of the cellulosic insulation are relevant parameters because its breakage could result in the electric failure of the transformer. Indeed, paper manufacturers usually provide values of the tensile strength and elongation at breakage of the insulating paper in its two principal material directions, the MD (machine direction) and CD (cross-direction). However, paper is a highly anisotropic material and its material properties evolve as the paper insulation ages. The paper insulation in an operating transformer is subjected to a multiaxial stress state field including compressive and shear stresses. This article reports experimental data on the tensile and compressive mechanical properties of two types of paper, plain Kraft and crepe paper, typically used as insulation in power transformers, under different ageing states (which were induced through accelerated thermal ageing and quantified by means of the degree of polymerisation). These data could be reused for several purposes. They can improve the current understanding of the mechanical response and degradation processes of the cellulosic insulation in power transformers, and give some reference values that can be compared with others obtained in the factory by manufacturers. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/brivudine.html In the field of engineering failure analysis, those values could be reused for the assessment of mechanical failure of paper materials used in power transformers, see [1].This study presents geochemical and geochronological data from rock samples collected from the Western Carpathian mountains, eastern Slovakia. Granite assemblages that intrude the Gemeric and Veporic Superunits were imaged using a petrographic microscope to determine rock textures and their mineral assemblages. Zircon grains from seven individual portions of the Gemeric granites (Hnilec, Betliar, Elisabeth Mine, Poproč plutons) and one from the Veporic unit (Klenovec pluton) were dated using Laser Ablation-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) and Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS). Eight individual portions of the Gemeric unit's Betliar pluton and seven from the Klenovec granite were analyzed for major and trace elements using Fusion Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and Fusion ICP-mass spectrometry. We also report detrital zircon ages from a radiolarite from the Meliata Unit that overlies blueschist and harzburgite-lizardite serpentinite assemblages near the city of Dobšiná, Slovakia. We applied X-ray Diffraction to a sample from the serpentine rocks, which reveal the presence of lizardite. The data are available for re-use to compare to future analyses of these Permian-age granites found in the Carpathian Mountains or similar Permiam assemblages elsewhere more broadly. Data reported in this article relates to G. Villaseñor, E.J. Catlos, I. Broska, M. Kohút, Ľ. Hraško, K. Aguilera, T.M. Etzel, J.R. Kyle, and D.F. Stockli, Evidence for widespread mid-Permian magmatic activity related to rifting following the Variscan orogeny (Western Carpathians), 2021, Lithos. We provide a database containing shot scale annotations (i.e., the apparent distance of the camera from the subject of a filmed scene) for more than 792,000 image frames. Frames belong to 124 full movies from the entire filmographies by 6 important directors Martin Scorsese, Jean-Luc Godard, Béla Tarr, Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni, and Ingmar Bergman. Each frame, extracted from videos at 1 frame per second, is annotated on the following scale categories Extreme Close Up (ECU), Close Up (CU), Medium Close Up (MCU), Medium Shot (MS), Medium Long Shot (MLS), Long Shot (LS), Extreme Long Shot (ELS), Foreground Shot (FS), and Insert Shots (IS). Two independent coders annotated all frames from the 124 movies, whilst a third one checked their coding and made decisions in cases of disagreement. The CineScale database enables AI-driven interpretation of shot scale data and opens to a large set of research activities related to the automatic visual analysis of cinematic material, such as the automatic recognition of the director's style, or the unfolding of the relationship between shot scale and the viewers' emotional experience. To these purposes, we also provide the model and the code for building a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture for automated shot scale recognition. All this material is provided through the project website, where video frames can also be requested to authors, for research purposes under fair use.A HPLC method has been validated for identifying five markers (gallic acid, rosmarinic acid, catechin, andrographolide and curcumin) and quantifying curcumin in SynacinnTM formulation. The validation (bracketed strengths of 10 mg/mL and 100 mg/mL) involved assessment of selectivity, precision, Limit of Detection (LOD), Limit of Quantification (LOQ), linearity, accuracy, stability in diluent and formulation stability. Meanwhile, in vivo bone marrow micronucleus test data was presented to evaluate the toxicity potential of Synacinn™ to cause clastogenicity and/or disruption of the mitotic apparatus, as measured by its ability to induce micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MN PCE) in Sprague Dawley rat bone marrow. The test was conducted in two phases viz., Phase I (Dose Range Finding experiment) and Phase II (Definitive experiment). Phase I was conducted to assess general toxicity and bone marrow cytotoxicity of Synacinn™, and to select the doses for the definitive experiment. In-life observations included mortality, clinical signs of toxicity and body weight.
