Comparedwith anatomicalpositioning, ultrasound-guided selective nerve branch block for the treatment of posterior branch of the lumbar spinal cord syndrome can reduce the number of treatments and maintain a longer therapeutic effect, but it is also necessary to pay attention to the time of each treatment to avoid dizziness and other adverse reactions.

To explore the clinical effect of modified interlaminar approach for the treatment of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis.

From February 2015 to August 2017, 80 patients with single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis planned to undergo endoscopic surgery were selected, including 38 males and 42 females;aged 33 to 69 (47.6±9.5) years old. Using random number table method, the patients were divided into study group and traditional group, 40 cases in each group, and underwent surgical treatment through modified translaminar approach and traditional approach respectively. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospital stay were recorded;visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) before and after operation were compared between two groups;spinal canal arca, spinal canal diameter, disc yellow space and surgical complications were observed.

All 80 patients were followed up for at least 3 months. Two patients had incision infection, both of them were in traditional group;there wanterlaminar approach has advantages of less trauma, faster recovery and better postoperative spinal space recovery in the treatment of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis.
To explore the relationship between lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis and T2WI high signal in the interspinous ligament in MRI in order to improve the understanding of the signal changes of the interspinous ligament.

The clinical data of 43 patients with clinically diagnosed lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis were collected from March 2018 to March 2020, there were 19 males and 24 females, aged 50 to 92 years with an average of 69 years old. Using picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) to access images and record the distribution and incidence of T2WI high signal in the interspinous ligament between the slipped and non-slipped segments. read more Using Spearman correlation analysis to explore the relationshipbetween the T2WI high signal of the interspinous ligament and the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis.

Except for 8 ligaments that were not included in the statistical results due to poor image quality, 43 patients with a total of 207 lumbar vertebrae and interspinous ligaments were includedpatients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, the MRI T2WI hyperintensity is more common in the interspinous ligament. The occurrence of T2WI high signal is positively correlated with the degree of spondylolisthesis, which should be payed enough attention in imaging diagnosis.

To compare the efficacy of microscope assisted anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with conventional surgical approach in the treatment of single-segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy.

The clinical data of 89 patients with single-segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated from March 2015 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 55 males and 34 females, with an average of (52.00±11.36) years old. Among the patients, 34 cases were treated with conventional anterior cervical discectomy with fusion (conventional group), including C
in 3 cases, C
in 10 cases, C
in 15 cases, C
in 6 cases; 55 cases were treated with microscopeassisted anterior cervical discectomy with fusion (microscope group), including C
in 5 cases, C
in 23 cases, C
in 20 cases, C
in 7 cases. Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and complications were compared between two groups. Clinical efficacy was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS), Japanese Orthopaedics Association (JOA) sccope-assisted anterior cervical discectomy and fusion has advantages of clear vision, less bleeding and fewer intraoperative complications.
Both methods can achieve satisfactory effect in treating single-segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy. However, microscope-assisted anterior cervical discectomy and fusion has advantages of clear vision, less bleeding and fewer intraoperative complications.
To explore the treatment strategy and clinical efficacy for os odontoideum complicated with atlantoaxial dislocation.

The clinical data of 17 patients with os odontoideum complicated with atlantoaxial dislocation surgically treated from January 2006 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 7 males and 10 females, aged 17 to 53 (43.1±11.3) years old;course of disease was 3 to 27(10.2±6.9) months. All patients received cranial traction before operation, 12 of 14 patients with reducible dislocation were treated by posterior atlantoaxial fixation and fusion, and 2 patients with atlantooccipital deformity were treated by posterior occipitocervical fixation and fusion;3 patients with irreducible alantoaxial dislocation were treated by transoral approach decompression combined with posterior atlantoaxial fixation and fusion. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and perioperative complications were recorded. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score weren can achieve satisfactory results, improve the patient's neurological function and improve the quality of life, however the surgical options needs to be individualized.
