Using fixed straight line system as well as swish primarily based synthetic neural systems to spell it out sound exchange in the complete vehicle framework.
Nevertheless, the photodegradation process is not only controlled by the intra-particle diffusion mechanism, but also by mass transfer through a liquid film boundary. The maximum degradation of AR, i.e., 86%, has been achieved at pH = 5.0 during 60 min of contact time for the 2% Cu doping, with effective regeneration. The Freundlich model exhibits a better fitting for AR dye photodegradation equilibrium data, compared to Langmuir, Temkin, and Dubinin-Radushkevich.The control of defoliating caterpillars in forestry includes the use of insecticides and releases of the predatory bug Podisus nigrispinus, but some compounds may affect non-target natural enemies, which need evaluation of risk assessment. This research investigates the survival, preference, and prey consumption of P. nigrispinus adults fed with prey treated with the lethal concentration (LC50) of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), permethrin, tebufenozide, and thiamethoxam. Moreover, midgut histopathology of P. nigrispinus fed with preys treated with LC50 of each insecticide was investigated. The insecticides Bt, permethrin, and thiamethoxam reduce the survival and the prey consumption in P. nigrispinus fed with preys contaminate with these chemicals. However, the four tested insecticides, including tebufenozide, cause histological changes such as irregular epithelial architecture, cytoplasm vacuolization, and release of cell fragments in the midgut lumen of P. nigrispinus. The sublethal effects of Bt, permethrin, tebufenozide, and thiamethoxam to the natural enemy suggest that they should be better evaluated to be used together with P. nigrispinus for integrated pest management in forestry.Vehicle industry has made great contribution to human progress. However, in the process of vehicle operation, a large number of carbon compounds are emitted, which brings serious environmental problems. As one of the important means of vehicle carbon emission governance, the development of new energy vehicles (NEVs) has attracted much attention. The behavior and performance of NEV enterprises are highly concerned. Using Chinese 23 NEV vehicle enterprises' data from 2011 to 2018, this paper evaluates the carbon emission performance with the super-efficiency slacks-based measure (SE-SBM) model based on undesirable output and then constructs STIRPAT model to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emission performance. The results indicate that, firstly, the carbon emission performance of China's NEV enterprises is increasing year by year. Secondly, the carbon emission performance of different NEV enterprise is distinct in the same year, and the carbon emission performance of the same NEV enterprise is distinct in different year. Thirdly, technological innovation, government support, and free cash flow have significant positive impact on the carbon emission performance of NEV enterprises, while debt constraint, energy intensity, and enterprise size have a significant negative impact on the carbon emission performance of NEV enterprises.Carbon sources are an important parameter in wastewater treatment processes and are closely related to treatment efficiency and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions. In this study, three parallel sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) were processed with acetic acid, propionic acid, and a 11 mixture of both acids (calculated in COD) to study the effect of carbon sources on N2O generation and sludge properties (including intracellular polymer content, extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) composition, particle size distribution, settleability, and microbial community structure). The results showed that the highest COD, NH4+-N, and TP removal efficiencies (92.2%, 100%, and 82.3%, respectively) were achieved by the reactor with mixed acid as the carbon source, whereas the reactor using acetic acid had the highest TN removal rate (82.6%) and the lowest N2O-N conversion rate (1.4%, based on TN removal). The reactor with the carbon source of mixed acid produced the highest polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) content, which led to an increase in N2O generation from the aerobic denitrification pathway. The SBR with mixed acid carbon source also had the highest concentration of EPS, which resulted in the largest particle size and the lowest settleability of sludge flocs among the SBRs. Microbial analysis results revealed that the difference in carbon sources resulted in a variation in the microbial community as well as in the relative abundances of functional microbes involved in biological nitrogen removal processes. The mixed acid promoted the development of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB), which conducted the primary N2O generation pathway of aerobic denitrification bioreactions. The carbon source of acetic acid promoted the growth of denitrifying bacteria (DNB), which led to the highest TN removal rate. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the effects of carbon sources on N2O generation and sludge properties for WWTPs.Large-scale smelting activities release large amounts of potentially toxic elements (PTEs) in fine particles. These particles floating in the air eventually settle on leaves, roads, and even indoors. In smelting areas, indoor environments are generally considered relatively safe. However, these areas are not taken seriously and need to be assessed. This paper systematically studied pollution characteristics, main sources and health risks of ten potentially toxic elements, PTEs (Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Hg, Cd, As, Cr, Pb, and Tl), of dust samples from different indoor environments in smelting areas using various methods. Therefore, this study analyzed dust samples from 35 indoor environments. The enrichment factors showed that the indoor dust samples were extremely enriched by Cd and Cu and significantly enriched by Hg, Pb, As, and Zn. The result of the spatial distribution showed that the high-value PTEs were mainly distributed near the Cu smeltery. Three sources were quantitatively assigned for these PTEs, and they were industrial smelting and traffic activities (44.40%), coal-fired activities (18.11%), and natural existence (37.49%). Based on the calculation of health risk, the value of THI for children was 7.57, indicating a significant non-carcinogenic risk. For carcinogenic risk, the values of TCR for children and adults were 2.91×10-2 and 2.97×10-3, respectively, which were much higher than the acceptable risk value 1×10-4. learn more Combining health risk assessment with source discrimination, we found that the industrial discharges and traffic activities were the most main source of non-cancer and cancer risks. Therefore, smelting activities should be more strictly monitored, and traffic emission management should be strengthened.
