Objective The purpose of this study is do the literature review in order to obtain insights toward the implementation and factors that of good corporate governance, specifically in the public hospital. Methods This research was conducted in March 2018 by conducting a literature review of various research results published during the period 2013-2018. After screening, there were 27 documents reviewed 11 articles that were in line and 16 articles were not in line. Results The results of the study of several studies that had been conducted showed that the implementation of hospital governance in Indonesia was mostly related to aspects of patient satisfaction and hospital performance. Most articles use variables of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness, while organizational culture is another variable that contributes. Conclusion During the implementation of hospital governance in Indonesia, specifically public hospitals, several supporting and inhibiting factors had been found. This could be caused by the absence of clear regulations regarding the implementation of government hospital governance. Therefore, it is necessary to continually improve the implementation of hospital governance for the improvement of hospital performance in Indonesia.Objective This study aimed to assess the patient satisfaction in accordance with the philosophy of the Bugis at the Siwa Public Hospital in Wajo District. Methods This research is quantitative with an observational approach. FL118 Samples were taken by purposive sampling and convenience sampling for 99 patients in internal inpatient rooms during 2018. Results The results showed that the patients of Siwa Hospital had a satisfying perception of the quality of service they received (59%) of respondents said they were satisfied and (38%) said they were very satisfied and only (2%) said they were dissatisfied with the dimensions of officers discipline, ability, speed of service, courtesy and officer friendliness, and service security. Conclusion Most patients have a satisfying perception of service quality that is felt based on 5 service dimensions that are in accordance with the philosophy of the Bugis. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to maintain and improve hospital performance in the future to be better and be able to compete with hospitals in Indonesia.Objective This study aims to increase the empowerment of active case finding through counseling the Flipchart containing the social determinants of Tuberculosis. Methods The research use qualitative and quantitative method. The subjects of the study were 200 samples obtained by using Slovin formula. Data collected using questionnaire and in-depth interview with the samples. Data analysis using Path Analysis statistics to find the link between knowledge and attitudes toward TB incidence (2,521) for quantitative data tested by Wilcoxon. Results Average score of knowledge before 41.86 and after intervention 102.34 with a value of p=0.001 and attitudes showed that there were differences before and after intervention where the value of p=0.001 discussion and conclusions; knowledge of attitudes and case-finding actions before and after intervention increased. Conclusion The result of the study showing that the model of flipchart intervention to increase knowledge of housewives and cadres finding TB cases.Objective The purpose of this study was to find out the risk factors for stunting in the age group 6-23 months in the Biromaru Public Health Center, Sigi Biromaru Sub-District, Sigi District. Method This study is an analytical survey study with a case control design with a sample of 40 cases and 40 controls and using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using chi square test and logistic regression. Result The results of bivariate analysis showed that the risk factors that influence the incidence of stunting in the age of 6-23 months in the Biromaru Community Health Center were birth length (OR=4.500; p=0.003) and parity (OR=0.850; p=0.026), birth weight, maternal gestational age and maternal middle upper arm circumference size were not risk factors for stunting in this study. Conclusion It can be concluded that there is a relationship between birth length, maternal parity, birth weight, body weight between 6 and 23 months with the incidence of stunting.Objective Proper breastfeeding practice is the most effective way to meet the nutritional adequacy of children. Breast milk has a nutrient composition that matches the nutritional needs of children and is believed to be able to have a positive influence on the infant's growth. The purpose of this study was to analyses the effect of breastfeeding on the prevention of stunting in poor families. Method This study is cross-sectional. Samples were taken systematically randomly from all mothers who had children aged 0-36 months in Pangkep. This location was chosen because it is included in the height prevalence of stunting (41.9%) in South Sulawesi, Indonesia1. The sample size was 1038 mother-child pairs. The percent distribution of children, according to weight for age, height/length for age, and weight for height/length as per the standard deviation (SD) classification by World Health Organization (WHO), 2006 was carried out. Results short stature (stunting) and normal status about 33.9% and 66.1%. As many as 56% of them occur outside the age period of breastfeeding. On the contrary, it was known that 63.5% of those who were still in the period of breastfeeding. The statistical analyses show that breastfeeding can prevent stunting (p=0.039). Conclusion Breastfeeding practice was effective in preventing stunting in poor family children.Objective This study aims to design and apply modules that are developed based on culture and religion in the event of "mappatemme' Qur'an" in Exclusive Breastfeeding Education for prospective bride. Method The research methodology is qualitative with ethnographic approaches. The study was conducted at the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School. The informants were 32 participants consisting of 2 community leader, 18 Young Women, 6 Ustadz, and 6 bride. The informants were selected based on purposive sampling. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion, and Observation. Test of data validity uses source triangulation and method. The data was analyzed by using content analysis. Results The results show that in the Mappatemme' Qur'an ustadz used interpersonal communication in delivering module content interspersed with cultural jokes and religious lectures. The contents of the modules that have been developed encompass notion of exclusive breastfeeding, risk of not giving exclusive breastfeeding, steps of breastfeeding, and management of lactation from pregnancy to birth.
