Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued one of the world's largest distributors of online pornography for what he alleges is their continued violation of a state law that requires age verification for access to websites that knowingly and intentionally publish sexually explicit material.
Aylo Global Entertainment and Aylo USA Incorporated are named in Paxton’s suit for “continuing violation of Texas law.” Paxton’s allegations state that Aylo has been continuing the “publication or distribution of sexual material harmful to minors on the internet without implementing the reasonable age verification methods” that are required by House Bill (HB) 1181, and this violation “harms, and continues to harm, Texas children and adolescents.”
