Data in this paper covers in-cylinder pressure and volume, crank angle degrees as time magnitude, first derivate of in-cylinder pressure, admission pressure and injection pressure in a diesel engine fuelled with biodiesel. This data brings additional information such as ignition delay and rate of heat released. As condensed information, some graphs were obtained and are into the database such as in-cylinder vs. CAD, first derivate of in-cylinder pressure vs. CAD and ROHR vs. CAD. The data shows the measurements of the cylinder pressure behaviour of biodiesel from two different sources, which are both of interest of bioenergy industry at local scenarios (Jatropha curcas and Fatty Acid Distillates). Data in the paper are shown in Tables and Graphs. Through this data, a more accurate approach to engines performance and combustion can be reach, enhancing combustion efficiency and understanding of differences with standard diesel fuel.An inflammatory systemic reaction is common after Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI). We recently reported about an involvement of Mon2-monocytes, the CD11b expression on monocytes and parameters of systemic inflammation before TAVI correlating with early mortality after TAVI. Here, we provide data of monocyte subpopulations, CD11b expression and parameters of a systemic inflammation in dependence of three-month mortality after TAVI. With this, we provide further insights into inflammatory mechanism after TAVI. The data were collected by flow-cytometric quantification analyses of peripheral blood in 120 consecutive patients who underwent TAVI (on day 1 and 7 after TAVI). Monocyte-subsets were identified by their CD14 and CD16 expression and monocyte-platelet-aggregates (MPA) by CD14/CD41 co-expression. The extent of monocyte activation was determined by quantification of CD11b-expression (activate epitope). selleck products Additionally, pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin were measured using the cytometric bead array method or standard laboratory tests. Additionally, we report procedural outcomes in dependence of three-month mortality. Furthermore, correlations of CD11b-expression on monocytes with parameters of platelet activation or further inflammatory parameters are presented. For further interpretation of the presented data, please see the research article "Mon2-Monocytes and Increased CD-11b Expression Before Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation are Associated with Earlier Death" by Pfluecke et al.[1].The data provided in the present article provides information on the importance of a list of monetary and non-monetary influencing factors on decisions regarding the automation of an assembly system. A survey among German industry representatives conducted between July 2018 and October 2018 is the basis for this dataset. It contains the characteristics of industrial companies based in Germany that participated in the survey as well as their attitude towards the development of the automation level in assembly systems. The focus of the survey lies on the influencing factors of the production and production environment and their influence on the automation level. The participants were able to evaluate the factors on a six-step ordinal scale from "no influence" to "very strong influence". Interpretation of this data can be found in the research article titled "Automation decisions in flow-line assembly systems based on a cost-benefit analysis" [1].The immune regulation of cancer growth and regression has been underscored by the recent success of immunotherapy. The possibility that immune microenvironmental factors may impact on clinical outcome and treatment response still requires intense investigations. Hereby, supporting data of the research article "Integrated CT Imaging and Tissue Immune Features Disclose a Radio-Immune Signature with High Prognostic Impact on Surgically Resected NSCLC" [1], are presented. With the ultimate aim to provide non-invasive prognostic scores, we report on our approach to correlate different Tumor Immune Microenvironment (TIME) profiles with CT imaging-derived qualitative (semantic, CT-SFs) and quantitative (radiomic, CT-RFs) features in a cohort of 60 surgically resected NSCLC. The renowned characterization of TIME, essentially based on the score evaluation of Programme Death Ligand-1 (PD-L1) and Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs), was implemented here by the assessment of effector and suppressor phenotypes including the analysis of Programme Death receptor 1 (PD-1). Thus, we defined two main TIME categories hot inflamed (PD-L1high, CD8/CD3high and PD-1/CD8low) as opposed to cold inactive (PD-L1low, CD8/CD3lowand PD-1/CD8high). Importantly, as reported in the extended publication [1], these distinctive immune contextures identified different prognostic classes and were decoded by radiomics. To corroborate our radiomic approach, a comparative estimation of CT-RFs extracted from 60 NSCLC and 13 non neoplastic tissues was undertaken, documenting high discrimination ability. Moreover, we tested the potential association of qualitative radiologic features with clinico-pathological and TIME parameters. Taken together, our findings suggest that CT-SFs and CT-RFs may underlay specific patterns of lung cancer. The data set presents the occurrence of 59 currently used pesticides (CUPs) and 33 pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs), from wetland areas, in Saudi Arabia, impacted by wastewater discharge. Wetlands are valuable ecosystems, but are very fragile and easily affected by anthropogenic pressure [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. The occurrence of organic contaminants provides understanding about their fate and possible risk for humans and environment. Up to our knowledge, this is the first report on the occurrence of the mentioned organic pollutants in shallow lakes in Saudi Arabia, and the first time these compounds are analyzed in wild flora. Samples of water, sediment, soil and plants were extracted via ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) and solid phase extraction (SPE). The compounds determination was performed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Interpretation and discussion of the present dataset can be found in the article entitled "Pharmaceuticals, pesticides, personal care products and microplastics contamination assessment of Al-Hassa irrigation network (Saudi Arabia) and its shallow lakes"[1].
