Guarantor. I will provide the details of my guarantor promptly. Water and Fodder. The farm's water source is a borewell, as confirmed in the land valuation document. Additionally, fodder-related information is included in the Kathe Utari document. Managing the Unit: Although I am currently working as a software engineer, I came from an agricultural background. My family, who has significant experience in farming, will provide valuable support in the day-to-day operations of the farm. With my flexible work schedule and their assistance, I am confident in my ability to effectively manage the farm and fulfill my professional responsibilities. In addition to my personal knowledge and experience, my entire family is actively involved in farming. They have significant experience in managing various aspects of agricultural operations, including livestock care, crop production, and general farm management. My family members will be providing full support in the day-to-day operations of the farm. Furthermore, I have developed a clear plan for dividing my time between my professional responsibilities and farm management. The work-from-home setup allows me to allocate sufficient time for overseeing and coordinating the farm's activities, while my family members will handle the on-ground operations.
