The invention of the lacking force.
Despite the well-recognized clinical success of therapeutic proteins, especially antibodies, their inability to penetrate the cell membrane restricts them to secretory extracellular or membrane-associated targets. Developing a direct cytosolic protein delivery system would offer unique opportunities for intracellular target-related therapeutic proteins. Here, we generated a supercharged polypeptide (SCP) with high cellular uptake efficiency, endosomal escape ability, and good biosafety and developed an SCP with an unnatural amino acid containing the phenylboronic acid (PBA) group, called PBA-SCP. PBA-SCP is capable of potently delivering proteins with various isoelectric points and molecular sizes into the cytosol of living cells without affecting their bioactivities. Importantly, cytosolically delivered antibodies remain functional and are capable of targeting, labeling, and manipulating diverse intracellular antigens. This study demonstrates an efficient and versatile intracellular protein delivery platform, especially for antibodies, and provides new possibilities for expanding protein-based therapeutics to intracellular "undruggable" targets.Co(III)-catalyzed alkenylation of 2-pyridones by using terminal alkyne as a reaction partner with high regioselectivity has been demonstrated for the first time. The reaction conditions are mild and compatible with a wide range of substrate combinations. It also shows good functional group tolerance. It proceeds through cyclometalation followed by alkyne insertion and protodemetalation steps. The formation of five- and seven-membered cobaltacycle intermediates was also detected through high-resolution mass spectrometry.Scanning probe microscopy (SPM) is recognized as an essential characterization tool in a broad range of applications, allowing for real-space atomic imaging of solid surfaces, nanomaterials, and molecular systems. Recently, the imaging of chiral molecular nanostructures via SPM has become a matter of increased scientific and technological interest due to their imminent use as functional platforms in a wide scope of applications, including nonlinear chiroptics, enantioselective catalysis, and enantiospecific sensing. Due to the time-consuming and error-prone image analysis process, a highly efficient analytic framework capable of identifying complex chiral patterns in SPM images is needed. Here, we adopted a state-of-the-art machine vision algorithm to develop a one-image-one-system deep learning framework for the analysis of SPM images. To demonstrate its accuracy and versatility, we employed it to determine the chirality of the molecules comprising two supramolecular self-assemblies with two distinct chiral organization patterns. Our framework accurately detected the position and labeled the chirality of each molecule. This framework underpins the tremendous potential of machine learning algorithms for the automated recognition of complex SPM image patterns in a wide range of research disciplines. The practical application of lithium-metal anodes in high-energy-density rechargeable lithium batteries is hindered by the uncontrolled growth of lithium dendrites and limited cycle life. An ether-based gel polymer electrolyte (GPE-H) is developed through in situ polymerization method, which has close contact with the electrode interface. Based on DFT calculations, it was confirmed that the cationic groups produced by polar solvent tris(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropyl) (HFiP) initiate the ring-opening polymerization of DOL in the battery. As a result, GPE-H achieves considerable ionic conductivity (1.6 × 10-3 S cm-1) at ambient temperature, high lithium-ion transference number (tLi+ > 0.6) and an electrochemical stability window as high as 4.5 V. GPE-H can achieve up to 800 h uniform lithium plating/stripping at a current density of 1.65 mA cm-2 in Li symmetrical batteries. Mcl-1 apoptosis Li-S and LiFePO4 batteries using this GPE-H have long cycle performances at ambient temperature and high Coulomb efficiency (CE > 99.2%). From the above, in situ polymerized GPE-H electrolytes are promising candidates for high-energy-density rechargeable lithium batteries.
The purpose of this paper was to conduct a legal realist assessment of women's situation in European immigration detention which focuses on relevant international and European human rights instruments applicable to conditions and health rights in detention settings, academic literature and relevant European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) jurisprudence since 2010.

In spite of the United Nations human rights frameworks and European Union (EU) standards, conditions in European immigration detention settings continue to pose a health risk to those detained. Migrant health rights when detained are intertwined with the right not to be subjected to arbitrary detention, detention in conditions compatible for respect for human dignity and right to medical assistance. Migrant women are particularly vulnerable requiring special consideration (pregnant and lactating women; single women travelling alone or with children; adolescent girls; early-married children, including with newborn infants) in immigration detention ds of care for women in European immigration detention settings.
Organisational justice refers to the extent to which employees perceive workplace procedures, interactions, and outcomes to be fair in nature. Previous research has found that organisational justice has been associated with an employee's commitment to their organisation, job satisfaction, and intention to leave their role. Organisational justice has also been linked to organisational citizenship behaviours, and the likelihood of these behaviours being demonstrated by employees.

To investigate staff nurses' perceptions of organisational justice and job satisfaction and its relationship to their levels of organisational citizenship behaviour.

Perceived levels of organisational justice, job satisfaction, and levels of organisational citizenship behaviour were evaluated among 175 nurses working in two hospitals in Egypt. Analysis was undertaken to ascertain whether a correlation existed between organisational justice or job satisfaction and levels of organisational citizenship behaviour.

The majority of nurses in this study were found to perceive moderate levels of organisational justice.
