This article describes how the rehabilitated mangroves evolved over 28 years and whether the ecological parameters of rehabilitated forest resembled those of the adjacent natural mangroves. This article presents species and structural composition data of rehabilitated and adjacent natural mangrove forests in the Trat Province of eastern Thailand. The species type, their girth at 1.3 m breast height, tree height, and the number of seedlings for each of the thirteen species, (Avicennia alba, Bruguiera cylindrica, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Bruguiera sexangula, Ceriops tagal, Excoecaria agallocha, Intsia bijuga, Lumnitzera littorea, Lumnitzera racemosa, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Xylocarpus granatum, and Xylocarpus moluccensis), of the mangrove forests were collected. The data were collected in 10 × 10 m size plots from the seaward to landward end along with the stand age of the rehabilitated mangroves. The data was analysed using the Importance Value, Complexity Index, Simpson's Dominance Index of diversity and Simpson's Reciprocal, and Shannon-Weaver Index to distinguish various diversity and structural parameters using the mangrove forest structure and vegan Community Ecology Package in R programming [2,3]. © 2020 The Author(s).Datasets concerning the European electricity mix, built employing the Ecoinvent database v.3.3 processes, are reported in this paper. This article provides experimental data describing the protein profile of seminal plasma and spermatozoa of four healthy purebred dogs Golden Retriever (n=3), Bernese Mountain Dog (n=4), Great Dane (n=3), and Maremmano-Abruzzese Sheepdog (n=3), housed at São Paulo state, Brazil. Semen samples were collected by manual stimulation of the penis in a presence of a teaser bitch, when possible. The seminal plasma and sperm cells were separated by centrifugation and prepared for mass spectrometry. The gene ontology annotation of the proteins found is described. This is the first time that proteomic profile of the semen of purebred dogs is described. These data are a valuable resource to improve the biotechnologies of reproduction applied to canid species. © 2020 The Author(s).This dataset refers to the accompanying article "Optimization of extraction procedure and development of LC-DAD-MS methodology for anthocyanin analysis in anthocyanin-pigmented corn kernels", published in Food Chemistry [1]. Here, we present concentrations, profiles, MS2 spectra of individual anthocyanins (including isomers of cyanidin-3-(6''-malonylglucoside)) of purple-pericarp sweetcorn (PPS) kernels. Furthermore, an additional mass spectrum of an artefact-anthocyanin produced in acidified extraction solutions were reported. This data is further discussed in the accompanying research article [1]. Delphinidin-3-glucoside was used as an internal standard to compensate for individual anthocyanin losses during extraction with acidified solutions. The generated data could be used for anthocyanin identification and quantification in different anthocyanin-containing plant matrices. © 2020 The Author(s).In order to identify potential zones for clay mineral (kaolinite) in Ranong province, Thailand, ten 2D ERT survey lines were deployed across potential site. The data were collected using the IRIS Syscal Pro Plus multi-electrode imaging system with internal switchbox and an array of 48 steel electrodes. The Dipole-Dipole configuration was utilized with electrode separations of 10 m. The Res2DInv software was used to process the data. The data were interpreted by comparing with geology of the area and based on the available lithological borehole information. © 2020 The Author(s).This article presents a collection of electroencephalographic (EEG) data recorded from 14 participants, that includes 7 participants with Intellectual and Developmental Disorder (IDD) and 7 Typically Developing Controls (TDC) under resting-state and under music stimuli. The EEG data were acquired using the EMOTIV EPOC+ device that is a 14-channel dry electrode device. The article provides two types of data (1) Raw EEG data under resting-state and with music stimuli (i.e., task based data) and (2) pre-processed EEG data under resting state and with music stimuli. AMG PERK 44 Alongside this data, we provide a robust and fully automated pre-processing pipeline for EEG data.
