Effects of vacuum degrees (0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 MPa) on water distribution state, tensile properties, stress relaxation properties, and viscoelasticity of dough, as well as the effects of mixing speed (50, 70, 90 rpm/min) and water content (40%, 45%, 50%) under optimum vacuum degree were studied. The results showed that the proper vacuum degree (0.06 MPa) could promote the full contact between flour and water and improved the water-holding capacity of the dough. Meanwhile, the dough had stronger tensile strength, the best viscoelasticity and the ability to recover from external deformation more quickly. Under the vacuum of 0.06 MPa, with the increasing of mixing speed, the response to the external force of dough increased first and then decreased. Adding more water reduced the strength of dough, weakened the response to external forces, and led to a significant decrease in tensile resistance and tensile area of the dough, as well as a decrease in viscoelasticity (p less then 0.05). The proper vacuum mixing allowed the preparation of dough to require more water and less energy. PRACTICAL APPLICATION In the processing of wheat flour products, vacuum mixing is considered to be beneficial to the quality of noodles and breads. As the intermediate of these products, the dough is of great significance for the monitoring of its rheological characteristics. In this study, a moderate vacuum degree led to a significant improvement in the rheological properties of the dough, and the processing performance was the best. Under the optimal vacuum degree, the influence of mixing speed and water amount cannot be ignored. Vacuum mixing is an efficient dough preparation method, which can produce certain economic benefits.
The aim of this study is to apply the theory of reasoned action (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) to psychologists' telepsychology use during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A sample of 2619 US-licensed psychologists completed a survey assessing telepsychology use and aspects of both models in May 2020.
Cross-sectional TRA and TAM path models evidenced excellent fit in explaining psychologists' telepsychology use. The TRA indicated that psychologists' attitudes concerning telepsychology and subjective norms were associated with intentions to use telepsychology, which related to percentage of clinical work performed via telepsychology. The TAM showed that perceived usefulness of telepsychology and perceived ease of use were associated with attitudes toward telepsychology. Perceived usefulness was associated with psychologists' intention to use telepsychology, as was perceived ease of use.
Efforts to facilitate telepsychology provision during the pandemic and broadly may benefit from trainings and campaigns to address attitudes toward telepsychology, subjective norms, and perceived ease of use.

There have been several papers describing its anatomical and morphological features in detail; however, many features of this muscle, such as its ontology or kinetic functions, remain unknown. The purpose of this study was to determine the initial appearance of the TVI muscle in human embryonic development and to investigate its growth and development. Histological observations were performed on 30 lower limbs of 15 human embryos from Carnegie stage (CS) 21, 22, and 23 (with crown-rump length ranging from 18.7 to 28.7 mm). Myocyte clusters of the TVI were observed between the vastus lateralis and intermedius muscles in 7 out of 10 limbs in CS 22, indicating that the TVI arises during this stage. In CS 23, the TVI was clearly present in all specimens except one. However, neither the aponeurosis nor the tendonous structure of the TVI were observed in these embryonic stages. Formation of the conventional four components of the quadriceps muscle is completed within CS 21; therefore, our results suggest that the TVI is the last element to develop in the quadriceps femoris complex. It is posited that after the embryonic period, the TVI continues to grow, while forming the tendinous structure toward the patella and receiving vascular supply from certain vascular branches. The clinical significance of these findings is that orthopedists and plastic surgeons who perform surgical procedures within the anterolateral thigh (ALT) area should be aware of the anatomy and development of the TVI in order to reduce surgical complications. Our present research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the morphogenesis of the TVI and the other femoral extensor muscles.Abnormal bowel movements have been related to a variety of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) risk factors such as dyslipidemia, diabetes and altered metabolism of bile acids and gut microbiota. However, little is known about whether bowel movement frequency affects the risk of developing HCC. We followed 88 123 women in the Nurses' Health Study (NHS) and 28 824 men in the Health Professionals Follow-up Study (HPFS) for up to 24 years. The Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to calculate multivariable hazard ratios (HRs) and confidence intervals (95%CI). Cu-CPT22 research buy We documented 101 incident HCC cases. Compared to those with daily bowel movements, participants with bowel movement more than once per day had a multivariable HR of 1.93 (95%CI 1.18 to 3.16) in the pooled cohorts. For the same comparison, the positive association appeared stronger for men (2.72, 95% CI 1.14 to 6.44) than for women (1.63, 95% CI 0.87 to 3.06) but there was no statistically significant heterogeneity by sex (P-value = .31). We found null associations between bowel movement every 2 days or less and the risk of HCC (HR = 1.05, 95%CI 0.62 to 1.79). The HR (95%CI) for participants who used laxatives regularly relative to those who never used laxatives was 1.00 (0.64 to 1.55). Our results suggest participants with bowel movement more than once daily is associated with a higher risk of developing HCC compared to those with daily bowel movements. These findings need to be confirmed and potential mechanisms underlying this association need to be elucidated.
