Charles terkenal sangat dingin pada orang - orang baru ataupun pada orang - orang yang sudah ia kenal tetapi tidak dekat. Namun, ada sebuah pengecualian dalam dirinya, ia akan bersifat hangat dan sangat protektif pada salah satu sahabatnya yang seorang perempuan. Hanya padanya lah ia bersikap seperti itu.
