I'm planning on taking AP:

English Language and Composition

Calculus AB
Statistics

US history

Chemistry

Physics 1 or 2, Algebra Based
Physics C: Mechanics

US Gov Pol (maybe)

Computer Science
---------------------------------------------------------------------
So basically, I would be taking 6 of those, excluding Statistics and Calculus AB, outside of school.

Out of those 6, I would potentially add more Physics and math if my plan goes better than expected.

So here's the plan: after USC (I get back mid-July) I'm going to drown myself in math and physics. I'm planning on taking a bunch of national and international competitions like the CAP and the PhysicsBowl next year, and I want to get my math and physics up. I don't really want to prep for Calculus AB or any of the Physics APs over the summer. What I want to do is, get my math up to the Calculus AB level before taking it in school, and at the same time, start an accelerated physics course/self-study over the summer. Pretty much I plan on waking up at 7 each morning and working until 9, taking lunch breaks and other breaks every once in awhile.

I would take an AP english course with you over the school year next year. I would take Computer Science and US history as a self-study/online course. I would probably use my ELITE credits for Chemistry. I’ll only take US Gov Pol if I’m not dying by the end of this.

As for the rest of the summer, this is what I want: I want a one-on-one math course and a one-on-one physics course from WCCP if possible. Both courses would ideally be twice a week and have a teacher that can give me a diagnostic test to determine my current level before teaching me Math and Physics concepts as fast as he or she can and as fast as I can take it until the end of the summer (maybe longer, I haven’t decided yet. Between classes I would ideally have 7-8 hours of combined homework daily. This way, instead of prepping for the AP physics course, I’ll just be learning physics for the sake of learning physics. I’ll eventually get a test prep book to take me the rest of the way, just to prep for the exams. I’ll see which exams I could potentially take for physics by the end of the summer. I guess these wouldn’t really be classes in the traditional sense. We could work through textbooks and just raw concepts that the teacher deems noteworthy. We could also take a break from the learning to prep for various competitions (math and physics). I know you’re against tutoring, especially one on one tutoring, but I really need something like this. Otherwise, I would do this by myself and online.
