Flobberworm adalah seekor cacing coklat tanpa gigi dengan panjang 10 inci yang memakan sayur-sayuran, khususnya kubis dan selada. Ini adalah makhluk yang cukup membosankan, Klasifikasi Kementrian Sihir hanya 'X' (peringkat terendah,, tidak menyakiti atau melukai penyihir). Tiap ujung tubuh dari cacing ini, identik dengan ujung yang lain. Kedua ujung tersebut sama-sama selalu mengunyah sayuran, dan dari keduanya keluar lendir yang seringkali digunakan untuk mengentalkan ramuan karena lengket dan berwarna hijau. Salah satunya adalah Ramuan Wiggenweld, lendir cacing Flobber adalah bahan utama dari ramuan ini.
Cacing ini bergerak dan berpindah dengan lamban dan lebih suka tinggal di parit yang lembab. Cacing Flobber biasanya tidak melakukan apa-apa, kerjanya hanya mengunyah makanan dan hanya bergerak sedikit sekali. Karena itulah banyak yang menjulukinya hewan yang membosankan.
