We report an original observation of a bilateral ureteral stenosis of uretero-ileal anastomosis revealed by an obstructive anuria five years after a radical cystectomy.We report a rare case of prostate cancer that apparently metastasized to the bladder and formed a pedunculated mass that caused a ball valve-like obstruction in urination. A 57-year-old man with metastatic prostate cancer was referred to the emergency department for acute urinary retention. Cystoscopy and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a pedunculated mass measuring approximately 2 cm in size in the bladder neck that appeared to cause urinary obstruction in a ball valve-like manner. Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor was performed that resolved his symptom, and histopathological findings confirmed a diagnosis of poorly differentiated prostate adenocarcinoma.Self-insertion of foreign bodies into the male urethra is a rare presentation. We report a unique case of urethral insertion involving three AAA batteries and the resulting battery acid leakage and urinary obstruction. A 36-year female with uncontrolled diabetes, presented with left emphysematous pyelonephritis, with air in the infra-hepatic inferior vena cava (IVC). She was hydrated, treated with intravenous antibiotics, insulin. Percutaneous nephrostomy with Double J stenting was done in modified supine position. Patient was discharged with nephrostomy. Two weeks later, flexible ureterorenoscopy was done and obstructing papillary necrosis removed. Pneumo-vena cava due to emphysematous pyelonephritis is quite rare and careful evaluation is required. Prompt intervention is life saving and obviates the need for nephrectomy.Spontaneous penile abscess is rare. Without effective treatment, penile abscesses could evolve into a chronic form with fatal consequences.A subtotal penectomy was performed for a 51-year-old man with no medical history who presented a chronic penile suppuration mimicking tumor.We present a case of viral-associated orchitis with bilateral testicular masses initially concerning for malignancy on scrotal ultrasound. In this case, patient underwent observation after discussing management options. Literature search revealed two cases of benign testicular mass after viral infection that was managed with radical orchiectomy. The previously documented case allowed for appropriate counseling to delay surgical intervention and allow for spontaneous resolution of the viral-induced testicular masses.
