A Wonderous Lineage

His father, Elder T.E Oyakhilome (Assemblies of God Church, Benin City), was one the first pioneers. His firstborn son, Pastor Chris was truly influenced by his father. It's truly an honor to be raised in an Christian household.

We can only imagine the joy his father must feel watching his son spread the Gospel message about Jesus Christ being our Savior. The influence of his father must have had a profound influence on the young Chris Oyakhilome. At the age of nine, he joined his first crusade.

Chris Oyakhilome has kept his vow to honour his parents. Pastor Chris has honor his father by leading prayer groups at University and delivering sermons in front of millions.

She is known as the "quintessential Matriarch" and is loved for her grace, fairness and admiration. She is an adoring mother and grandmother who imparted her divine grace on her son.

Super Siblings

Angelina Oyakhilome married Tim Oyakhilome. They had two additional children. Pastor Chris's brother Ken is affectionately referred to as Reverend Ken. As the most revered pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas branch, he has given much wisdom to many people and has made a an impact on people's lives. He is also a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council.

Pastor Chris Dead Katty Worghiren is Pastor Chris' sister as well as the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Katty Worghiren began her career as a talented singer in the choir. Her songwriting skills have led to the most popular LoveWorld songs. She composed the national anthem "I Believe In Nigeria".

In composing the last and most poignant line of the Believers LoveWorld Anthem, Katty adds this message to show how important it is to be a part of the Christian family:

"Believer’s LoveWorld, we are one large family."

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris and his wife Anita have two gorgeous daughters. They might have ended their union with Anita, but they still cherish their lovely daughters Carissa Sharon, Carissa, and Charlene. They both live in London.

The daughter of Pastor Chris Sharon is now a rising gospel star. Inspired by her father's lessons, she has written the award-winning "Holy Spirit" song to testify to her deep Christian dedication. Pastor Chris Divorce The singer is also an inspirational leader of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Her most recent wedding ceremony to Phillip Frimpong was one of the most beautiful in the whole of Africa. She captured her love in an intimate Instagram post:

"YES! "YES!" I am engaged to my best friend. My absolute favourite person and most incredible...I am adamantly saying yes to ."

The wedding was as stunning as it was meaningful. Charlene was Charlene's sister. was her primary bridesmaid. It's hard not to be touched by the unconditional love of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Nephew Dayman Oyakhilome Woghiren ranks as one of Africa's leaders who are rising. He is using his talents to motivate young people by spreading the Word. He is also a director of Carel Films Enterprise and a businessman. This allows him to spread the Good News through modern communication media. He has created more than 100 Christian music videos or animated films.
