Ramuan herbal untuk obat gagal ginjal:
Bawang Putih+Bawang Bombay+Jeruk Nipis
1. 11 (sebelas) siung bawang putih tunggal
2. 2 (dua) siung bawang bombay
3. 3 (tiga) buah jeruk nipis (bukan jeruk lemon)
Ketiga bahan tersebut diblender semua menjadi satu. Untuk jeruk nipisnya diblender semua beserta kulit dan biji-bijinya sekalian.
Ramuan dikonsumsi sehari 3 x 1 sendok makan sebelum makan.
Ramuan herbal untuk jantung koroner:
1. bawang putih
2. jahe
3. lemon
4. cuka apel)
5. madu
Cara membuat:
1. Bawang putih yang besar-besar dikupas, lalu di-juicer sehingga menghasilkan cairan encer (sama sekali tidak boleh dicampur dengan air). Endapkan semalaman di lemari es.
2. Jahe dikupas kemudian di-juicer sehingga encer (sama sekali tidak boleh dicampur dengan air). Endapkan semalaman sampai tampak ada endapan di bagian bawah. Pisahkan dan buang endapan tersebut dari cairan di atasnya.
3. Lemon bisa diperas pakai perasan jeruk. Kalau mau di-juicer harus dipisahkan kulitnya, yang di-juicer hanya isi lemon di dalamnya (sama sekali tidak boleh dicampur dengan air) kemudian endapkan semalam dalam lemari es.
4. Setelah ketiganya siap, dan sudah diendapkan semalam di lemari es, lalu siapkan cuka apel. Campurkan 4 macam cairan tersebut ke dalam panci stainless steel (keempat cairan harus dengan cc yang sama) dan aduk-aduk sampai rata, masak dengan api kecil sehingga mendidih.
5. Dinginkan sampai menyusut. Tambahkan madu dengan volume yang sama dengan hasil dari 4 campuran yang telah dimasak.
6. Aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan ke ke botol (dari bahan gelas) dan disimpan di lemari es.
