This study will synthesize and provide high-quality evidence based on the data of the currently published GHHD for the treatment of children rotavirus enteritis, in terms of the total effective rate, the time of stopping diarrhea, the level of IL-6 serum concentration, fecal microflora ratio, stool rotavirus antigen, clinical efficacy and the quantitative integral of TCM symptom, recovery time of stool character, treatment period, and safety.
This systematic review aims to evaluated the benefits and harms of GHHD for the treatment of children rotavirus enteritis reported in randomized controlled trials, and provide more options for clinicians and patients to treat children rotavirus enteritis.

INPLASY2020100023.Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2D-GE) is an indispensable technique for the study of proteomes of biological systems, providing an assessment of changes in protein abundance under various experimental conditions. However, due to the complexity of 2D-GE gels, there is no systematic, automatic, and reproducible protocol for image analysis and specific implementations are required for each context. In addition, practically all available solutions are commercial, which implies high cost and little flexibility to modulate the parameters of the algorithms. Using the bacterial strain, Pseudomonas aeruginosaAG1 as a model, we obtained images from 2D-GE of periplasmic protein profiles when the strain was exposed to multiple conditions, including antibiotics. Then, we proceeded to implement and evaluate an image analysis protocol with open-source software, CellProfiler. First, a preprocessing step included a bUnwarpJ-Image pipeline for aligning 2D-GE images. learn more Then, using CellProfiler, we standardized two pipelines for spots identification. Total spots recognition was achieved using segmentation by intensity, whose performance was evaluated when compared with a reference protocol. In a second pipeline with the same program, differential identification of spots was addressed when comparing pairs of protein profiles. Due to the characteristics of the programs used, our workflow can automatically analyze a large number of images and it is parallelizable, which is an advantage with respect to other implementations. Finally, we compared six experimental conditions of bacterial strain in the presence or absence of antibiotics, determining protein profiles relationships by applying clustering algorithms PCA (Principal Components Analysis) and HC (Hierarchical Clustering).
Premarital sex practices and contraceptive prevalence rate (CPR) among unmarried women worldwide remain unclear, even though unmarried women tend to have multiple sex partners over time, which makes their sexual behaviors particularly important to the sexual and reproductive health of society more broadly.
We searched the MEDLINE, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases for relevant articles published between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2018. Data on prevalence of premarital sexual intercourse, use of highly prevalent contraceptive methods, as well as CPR overall and at first sexual intercourse were extracted and estimated using a DerSimonian- Laird random effects model.
Of the 3918 articles identified, 37 covering 19 countries were included. The estimated overall prevalence of premarital sexual intercourse was 41.9% (95%CI 34.2-49.6%). Pooled CPR was 57.0% (95%CI 44.3-69.8%) overall and 57.6% (95% CI 39.5- 75.6%) at first intercourse. The overall prevalence of condom use was 51.2% (95%CI 42.7-59.7%), followed by oral contraceptives (20.5%, 95%CI 13.7-27.3%), withdrawal (12.7%, 95%CI 9.4-15.9%), and rhythm (12.1%, 95%CI 6.7-17.4%).
The findings of this global study indicate worrying trends in unprotected intercourse and contraceptive practices, suggesting the need for greater attention and resources aimed at educating unmarried adolescent women about sexual and reproductive health.

At present, there is no definite and effective method for treatment in clinic. The curative effect of electroacupuncture on obesity is definite. Although there is no conclusive evidence to support its long-term benefits, electroacupuncture has been increasingly used in clinic. This retrospective study determined the prognosis and outcome of electro-acupuncture on obese patients with BED.One hundred forty-three patients with BED and obesity were found from 658 people who participated in the scientific experiment of obesity treatment in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing Brain Hospital from March 2015 to June 2018, and 84 patients (aged 18-40 years old) with valid data and uninterrupted treatment were found to be eligible for this retrospective study. According to the intervention methods, the patients were divided into electro-acupthe cognitive group and the blank group (P less then .05).The current results suggest that electroacupuncture combined with cognitive therapy is more effective than cognitive therapy alone in treating obese patients with BED. Future prospective studies are necessary to further study the mechanism of electroacupuncture on the obese with BED.This retrospective study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of existing approach of ulinastatin for the treatment of severe sepsis (SS).A total of 130 eligible patients with SS were included in this study. We divided them into an intervention group (n = 65) and a control group (n = 65). Patients in both groups received conventional therapy. In addition, patients in the intervention group received ulinastatin for 7 days. Outcomes were measured by Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II), Multiple Organ Failure (MOF), Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, and adverse events. We assessed all outcomes before and after treatment. After treatment, patients in the intervention group showed better improvement in APACHE II (P less then .01), MOF (P less then .01), GCS (P less then .01), CD3 (P = .03), CD4 (P = .03), and CD4/CD8 (P less then .01), than those of patients in the control group. There are similar safety profiles between both groups. This study suggests that ulinastatin may be beneficial for SS.
