Third party:
I can make changes to your reservation. Since you have a third party reservation there will be a fee of $50 including taxes and carrier imposed charges per passenger for external reservation fee. Will that work for you?
Yes, you can do that but you will need to contact your original booking source or else you can do at airport.

Name correction : We will need to divide your reservation in order to make a name correction for one passenger and the seats may/might get unassigned during the process. Will that be okay?

Seat refund:-

The ticket number is ( whatever it is) to fill out the form and you will get the refunds back within 7-20 days once applied.

Changes:-
as I am checking your reservation, I am not able to make changes because it is not permitted from my end as it is third party booking. You can however make changes after check in the airport.

Standby:-
I can check your reservation again for the clarification. I will not be able to add standby flights because it is not permitted from our end. You can put the flights on standby through app, website or at the airport.

Honeymoon:-
Jenna, we can make changes or book a reservation and other concern for this I would request you to kindly visit airport you can add additional services at the airport.

Airport check in:-

Yes, the flight will depart on the estimated time of departure. Please be rest assured, you can also once confirm with the ticket counter agent if there any earlier flights available on their as your travel is important.

For CLT (Charlotte Douglas International Airport) there are no other flights available right now. I can check for the nearby cities available under 300 miles from your destination. Will this work for you?

Yes, you can go to the help desk or ticket counter for the transport vouchers or else you can get reimbursement for your transportation after completing the trip with our customer relation team.

Please don't worry, you can request the reimbursement by filing a complaint to our customer relations team. They will review the request according your reservation and will surely provide the best possible resolution on this matter once you complete the trip.
