l 19, 2019, http//www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=38141.By observing and analyzing the success rate of Tai'an City central hospital TOLAC and VBNC and various indicators after delivery, we make sure whether TOLAC is safe and feasible to be promoted in Tai'an area.Between January and December 2017, data of 144 cases undergoing TOLAC, 152 cases undergoing VBNC, 152 cases undergoing RCS and 142 case undergoing PCS in Tai'an City Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The success rate of vaginal delivery, labor time, 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage, hospital stay, Apgar score of newborns and puerperal morbidity were observed.Primary study outcomes The success rates of the TOLAC and VBNC groups were 93.06% and 93.42%, respectively, where the difference was not statistically significant (P = .901). Secondary study outcomes There were no significant differences in labor time (P = .0249), amount of 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage (P = .206), Apgar score of newborns (P = .582), hospital stay (P = .194) and puerperal morbidity (P = .942) between the VBAC group and VBNC group. There were statistically significant differences in amount of 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage (P less then .001), hospital stay (P less then .001) and puerperal morbidity (P = .018), but no difference in Apgar score of newborns (P = .228) between the VBAC group and RCS group. There were significant differences in operation time (P = .011), amount of 24 hours hemorrhage (P = .001), hospital stay (P = .001) and puerperal morbidity (P = .041), but no significant difference in Apgar score of newborns (P = .300) between the RCS and PCS groups. The TOLAC is as safe and feasible as VBNC, and more favorable to the safety of mother and fetus than RCS in Tai'an area.
Several studies have explored the prognostic value of MicroRNA-153 (miR-153) in various cancers, but obtained inconsistent results. Thus, we conducted a meta-analysis to assess the prognostic significance of miR-153 for patients with cancer.
Eligible studies were identified by searching the online databases Pubmed, Embase, Web of Science, Medline, and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) up to March 2020. Hazard ratios (HRs) with 95% CIs and were calculated to clarify the correlation between miR-153 expression and prognosis of different cancers. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/MDV3100.html Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% CI were selected to appraise the correlation between miR-153 with clinicopathological characteristics of cancer patients.
In total, 933 patients from 11 articles were enrolled in our meta-analysis. The results revealed that low miR-153 expression was significantly correlated with poor overall survival (OS) (HR = 2.45, 95% CI = 1.66-3.63, P < .001), but not with disease-free survival (DFS) (HR = 1.67, 95% CI = 0.45-6.19,ed that low miR-153 expression is associated with poor prognosis. miR-153 may serve as an effective predictive biomarker for tumor prognosis, especially for digestive system tumor and breast cancer.
Since December 2019, COVID-19, caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), posed a serious threat to human health. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization announced that COVID-2019 has become a global pandemic. In China, Reduning injection (REDI) and Xuanfeibaidu formula (XFF) is widely used in treating COVID-19. However, there is no evidence-based medical evaluation that XFF combine with REDI is effective for COVID-19.
The following databases will be searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, Medline/PubMed, and Cochrane from October 1, 2019 to September 1, 2020. The suitable articles will be comprehensively and systematically searched without limitations of regions or language about REDI with XFF for COVID-19. The meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 and STATA 14.2 software.
This meta-analysis may help provide clarify on the effect of REDI combined with XFF to treat COVID-19. The result will be published at a peer-reviewed journal.
This systematic review aims to provide new evidence of XFF combined with REDI for the treatment of COVID-19 in terms of its efficacy and safety.

The Corona Virus Disease, 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic revealed many social disparities that already exist in countries that have social inequalities in their historical context. Studies have already been published on the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of population groups considered to be at risk where they reveal that Black people are at greater risk of becoming ill and dying from this cause. In this context, this protocol describes a systematic review that aims to analyze the association of race as the higher risk for illness and death due to COVID-19.
This protocol will be developed based on the recommendations of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA-P). For this, we will conduct searches in the PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Lilacs, and ScienceDirect databases in the search for cross-sectional studies. All cross-sectional studies that analyzed hospitalization and death by COVID-19 as race in its determinant will be included. The search will be carried s existing racial differences.Record of systematic review CRD42020208767.
Magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin can significantly reduce adverse reactions and effectively lower blood pressure in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, but the overall efficacy and safety of the combination of drugs are not clear. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.
Randomized controlled trials focusing on the administration of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin for pregnancy induced hypertension were searched from PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang, and the Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database. Two researchers independently screened titles, abstracts, and full texts, and extracted relevant data. The RevMan 5.3 software and Stata 14 software were used for statistical analysis.
The effect and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension were assessed by summarizing the related randomized controlled trials.
