Supervised consumption services (SCS) reduce HIV risks and overdose for people who use drugs (PWUD) and are known to have wide-ranging public health benefits. Using the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, we searched Medline, PsychINFO, Embase, CINAHL, and SCOPUS databases for (a) empirical research, (b) reported in English, (c) focused on SCS, (d) pre-implementation feasibility studies (research conducted prior to implementation of SCS in a given context), (e) examining SCS operational rules and eligibility criteria. Abstracts were reviewed to verify appropriateness; full articles/reports were retrieved; data were extracted and charted.

The primary goal of the radiological evaluation is to make the differential diagnosis with malignant conditions. We present a case of a 34-year-old pregnant woman referred to our service with a progressively increasing mass in the right breast, in whom the histopathology was consistent with a lactating adenoma.Down syndrome (DS) is caused by trisomy for chromosome 21 (T21). We generated two induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines from skin fibroblasts of two males with DS using Sendai virus delivery of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC. Characterization of the two iPSC lines, UUIGPi013-A and UUIPGi014-A, showed that they are genetically stable with a 47,XY,+21 karyotype. Both lines displayed expression of pluripotency markers and trilineage differentiation capacity. These two iPSC lines provide a useful resource for DS modeling and pharmacological interventions.Large deformation analysis of the breast is known as a useful approach for locating the tumor and treatment strategies of breast cancer, for which knowing the breast stiffness parameters and unloaded configuration is crucial to obtain reliable results. In this study, an iterative inverse finite element algorithm is developed to identify the unloaded configuration of the breast while its stiffness constants are unknown and its internal structure is assumed to be non-homogeneous. The position vector of surface points in the deformed configuration of the breast is employed to obtain the unknowns of the inverse problem. An objective function based on the difference between the position vector of the calculated and measured deformed configurations is defined. Thereafter, the objective function is minimized using a gradient-based method. The sensitivity analysis for material parameters is performed using an analytic direct differentiation approach. Through several numerical examples, the effectiveness of the proposed inverse method for identifying the unloaded configuration of a uniform, a computational breast phantom with a single inclusion as well as a computational breast phantom with randomly distributed stiffness, is demonstrated.
