Title: Community Cleanup Drive to Gain a Better Environment

Introduction
Our environment is where trash or garbage in our communities, parks, and streets harms our ecosystem or environment. That's why I want to address this issue to give a specific method as we Filipinos want to make our environment in better state. The sponsors that I think will help me are the Local Government Units (LGUs) because they're in a high position to give proper protocol to our society. To convince the LGU to support this project, I will present a clear plan that aligns with their goals for a cleaner, healthier community, showing them how their support can help create significant, positive change for the public.

Purpose
The main purpose of this concept paper is to give an awareness that our environment is in a severe state of emergency that needs to be addressed by proper disposal of trash and other bottled chemicals. To make a strong case for this project, I will focus on a message that emphasizes the urgency of our environmental situation, reminding people that a cleaner community is also a healthier one. By doing this, I aim to encourage people to take action and contribute to a safer, cleaner environment.

Project Description
The Community Cleanup Drive volunteers will be designated to voluntarily clean the park, street, and other areas that need to be cleaned. Then, I will provide tools and equipment for them, because I don't want the volunteers to feel like "utusan" or mere helpers. This project is unique because it doesn’t stop at cleanup activities alone. I plan to conduct regular assessments and monitoring to ensure that the cleaned areas remain clean and well-maintained over time. By doing this, I am creating a project that goes beyond a temporary cleanup, aiming for a lasting positive impact on the environment.

Budget/Support
I think the amount of budget that is needed is exactly ₱120,000 to clean our environment (This is for designated areas only) because of having tools, safety equipment, and other things that are needed to clean the environment. To secure this amount and maximize the budget, I will conduct a physical assessment and canvassing to ensure that I am obtaining cost-effective resources. With the LGU’s backing, I can ensure that this project has the necessary support and resources to succeed. This project’s careful planning and targeted goals demonstrate that it is a valuable effort toward public well-being and a healthier, cleaner community.

With their high level of influence, the LGU can help me implement proper protocols and guidelines, expanding the project’s impact.
