The possible Effect of Rhizoma coptidis about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome According to System Pharmacology along with Molecular Docking.
•This paradigm was validated in rats and mice, the two most commonly used nonhuman species in behavioral research, but could be adapted for use in other rodent models.•The specific social and food stimuli used can be selected based on the research question.•Three-chamber apparatuses can be custom-constructed.The electronic Driving Observation Schedule (eDOS) is a novel approach to assessing older drivers' performance in their everyday driving environment on their chosen routes. The original eDOS total score is generated using the count of driving errors, which does not account for distinct risk levels of different types of driving errors made in different complexity of driving environments. This study was conducted to create one score to represent the complexity of driving route during each eDOS observation and one weighted eDOS total score to represent older drivers' performance accounting for the risk of driving errors by their type and the complexity of maneuvers in their corresponding environments. A literature review, a two-round survey with 13 experts in driving evaluation, and iterative discussions between primary investigators were conducted for generating these scores. Two formulae were created to calculate a weighted maneuver/environmental complexity score and a weighted eDOS total score. •An advanced weighted score is created to represent one's on-road driving performance in their everyday driving environment not only using the count of driving errors, but also accounting for the risk level of each error.•The complexity of driving maneuver and environment in each on-road driving trip can be systematically rated.COVID-19 has become the most devastating disease of the current century and is pandemic. As per WHO report, there are globally 31,174,627 confirmed cases including 962,613 deaths as of 22nd September,2020. The disease is spreading through outbreaks despite the availability of latest technologies for treatment of patients. In this paper, we proposed a neural network-based prediction of number of cases in India due to COVID-19. Recurrent neural network (RNN) based LSTM is applied on India dataset for prediction. LSTM networks are a type of RNN capable of learning order dependence in sequence forecasting problems. We analyze the performance of the network and then compare it with two parameter reduced variants of LSTM, obtained by elimination of hidden unit signals, bias and input signal. For performance evaluation, we used the MSE measure. In late December 2019, several cases of pneumonia of unknown etiology (COVID-19) were reported in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. Based on clinical findings, blood tests and chest radiographs, this disease was diagnosed as a virus-associated pneumonia. Sequence analysis revealed a novel coronavirus, called SARS-CoV-2 (formerly called 2019-nCoV), as the causative agent of pneumonia of unknown etiology. So far, the SARS-CoV-2 infection continues to spread, and this virus poses a serious public health threat. In this study, it was aimed to reveal potential miRNA targets for the regulation of SARS-CoV-2 host cell receptor ACE2. For the identification of potential miRNA targets for the ACE2 gene, TarBase v.8 (DIANA Tools), TargetScan, miRTarBase and miRDB miRNA-target prediction algorithms were used. FANTOM5 CAGE was used for the cellular ontology analysis. Expression levels of these miRNAs were determined using OncomiR Pan-Cancer miRNome Atlas. The results suggest that members of miR-200 family of miRNAs, especially miR-200c-3p, are strong candidate targets for the regulation of ACE2 in respiratory system cells. Consequently, the present study for the first time emphasizes potential use of miRNA-based therapeutics in the battle against SARS-CoV-2 infection and its deadly disease, COVID-19.A 62-year-old male presented with abdominal pain and hematuria following impalement of the rectum with a wooden foreign object. CT imaging showed air and fluid in the peritoneum prompting the patient to undergo abdominal exploration. An anterior rectal perforation was discovered along with dual bladder lacerations of the posterior wall and dome. The patient underwent a diverting colostomy and primary bladder repair. Post-operative course was uncomplicated and bladder repair was followed via cystograms with catheter removal 2 months post-operatively. Four months after the injury the patient underwent colostomy closure and remains with normal bladder and bowel function at 21-month follow-up.Female urethral strictures are rare with limited literature to guide management. We present a case of a 27 year old female diagnosed with a urethral stricture secondary to chronic graft-versus-host disease. This diagnosis should be considered in females presenting with obstructive voiding symptoms and have risk factors for stricture development. We present a case of muscle-invasive bladder cancer arising in a man who had previously been diagnosed with prostate cancer. EHT 1864 mw His prostate cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment with external beam radiation therapy occurred over 20 years prior to being diagnosed with bladder cancer. Biopsies of the bladder mass revealed a high-grade urothelial carcinoma with prostatic invasion and MRI showed significant concern for invasion into the pelvic floor. Metastatic lesions on his right rib and left clavicle were discovered on bone scan.Primary sarcomatoid urothelial carcinoma of the ureter with heterologous elements is rare and carries a poor prognosis. Although there is some literature on primary bladder sarcomatoid urothelial carcinoma, ureteric involvement has been reported infrequently, and this case report describes this unusual histological finding with concurrent divergent squamous differentiation. Despite laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy, our patient died within six months of diagnosis with local recurrence and metastatic spread. A more thorough understanding of this disease process and consideration of standardised guidelines for treatment are needed to improve patient outcomes.Ureteral stents are widely used to facilitate ureteral patency in the postoperative period of pyeloplasty and they are usually removed using forceps under cystoscopic guidance. Proximal migration of the ureteric stent is a rare but known complication and it is even less common in the pediatric age group. We present a case of antegrade retrieval of ureteral stent through a nephroscopic approach in a 2-year-old boy after unsuccessful cystoscopic, ureteroscopic and fluoroscopic attempt of removal due to intra-renal migration.
