How do I donate?
Left click the tabs above indicating the types of packages. Simply type in your In game name (cAsE SeNsItIvE) then click the more info about the package. Pick one to your liking and simply click add to cart! At the buy screen accept the terms and conditions, and click the PayPal icon. You dont even need to have a PayPal account, just checkout as a Guest to use a Credit card!. Have fun!
How long after purchasing will I receive my packages?
All payments are received and completed within ten minutes, so you should have to wait a maximum of ten minutes. If you have problems with your purchase, please make a thread on forums or contacting Contacting.
Refund Policy:
The packages that you purchase here are intangible goods. We have a strict no refund policy. As you can not replace the items and or time taken to assign you your rank and or items, no refunds will be granted. Buycraft does NOT have a refund policy for packages bought from webstores, This policy is ONLY for Buycraft Licenses.
Dispute:
Attempts to bypass our refund policy via filing an un-authorized dispute with PayPal and or with your credit card company will result in a permanent removal of you from the server. It also could cause a police investigation regarding the charge-back.
Privacy Policy:
Your information provided upon check out whether private or public will not be; sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company and or person(s) without your consent. Other than for the sole purpose of delivering the purchased goods and or services.
