- Click log in in AVAYA and then after hearing a beep, you enter your phone ID twice / you toggle aux coaching or break and turn on One CTI.

HOW TO GO ON LUNCH?
- First, you log in to PC/then, go on BMS/ after that, click your name in the upper right corner/ and, look for request and event/ and then, change the mode into lunch and duration of 60 minutes/then submit. *AFTER LUNCH*you go log in to AVAYA again and go on break or coaching for the mean time/ and click return.
When logging in on Avaya Press Login > type in Avaya ID then Avaya Pass > Aux work will blink once logged in then press Aux work 01 to go on offline break so you will have time to toggle on the CTI on Einstein.
(Caller Authentication)
(IF caller is Unverified and Partially Verified;)
- Confirm First and Last Name
- IF name is on the Acct as AH, proceed to authenticate using the available method (send OTP, last 4 digits SN/Card, Acct #) to Fully Verify
- IF name is on the Acct as Auth User but not the AH him/herself, confirm the Acct Holder's name then proceed to authenticate using the available method (send OTP, last 4 digits SN/Card, Acct #) to Fully Verify
(IF caller is Fully Verified;)
- Confirm First and Last Name - they are usually the AH
- IF only Auth, it's best to still confirm the AH name and acct details such as Service address to make sure it's indeed the right acct
