patients with secondary BPPV and MD to improve the efficacy. The medical identification of flight personnel VM patients should be strictly controlled, pilots should be grounded, while flight combat personnel and flight technical personnel need chartered medical identification.ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of local combination(LC) of myrtle oil, anthocyanin and hyaluronic acid on allergic rhinitis in rats exposed to PM2.5 and explore its mechanism. MethodThe rats were randomly divided into 5 groups normal group, LC group, AR group, AR+PM2.5group and AR+PM2.5+LC. After successful establishment of the model, AR+PM2.5 group and AR+PM2.5+ LC group were intranasally dripped with PM2.5 suspension, while LC group and AR+PM2.5+ LC group were intranasally dripped with LC. The AR symptom score was observed. The eosinophil infiltration in nasal mucosa was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The ultrastructural changes were observed by transmission electron microscope, the level of immunoglobulin IgE, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the expression of NF-κBp65 and phosphorylated p38MAPK in nasal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical staining. ResultThere were no significant differences in symptoms, eosinophil infiltration ansal drip and has a significant therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis rats exposed to PM2.5, which may alleviate the effect of PM2.5 on allergic rhinitis rats by regulating excessive activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathway and reducing eosinophil infiltration and IgE production.ObjectiveDrug induced sleep endoscopy(DISE) is a useful tool to locate the upper airway obstructions in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS). The goal of our research was to compare the sites, degree and patterns of upper airway obstruction detected by DISE versus endoscopy in awake children. The benefit of DISE-mediated upper airway surgery in pediatric OSAS was evaluated. MethodThis is a retrospective case series of children with OSAS who had adenoid hypertrophy(the area where adenoids block the postnaris ≥2/3) and tonsils ≤2 degrees(Friedman classification method) . Small molecule library All children underwent sleep monitoring by pulse oximeter before and after operation. DISE was performed before adenoidectomy in DISE group. If obstruction of oropharynx caused by tonsils was found, tonsillectomy was performed at the same time with adenoidectomy. The children who did not undergo DISE before operation were enrolled in the control group. Differences in the degrees and patterns of upper airway obstruction in the DIed with controls(P=0.04). ConclusionDISE is an effective method to evaluate the sites and severity of upper airway obstruction in children with OSAS, which was conductive to make the upper airway personalized surgical plan for patients.ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of proton pump inhibitor combined with ranitidine on patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux. MethodSeventy patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B according to admission time. The difference of B symptom index, reflux symptom scale, sleep breathing test, quality of life and well-being score between the two groups were detected. ResultBefore treatment, the RSI index, RFS similarity and QOLS and MUNSH scores were similar (P>0.05). After four weeks of treatment, the group B score was 3.3±1.2, the group A score was 8.2±3.5, and the group B score was significantly lower. The RFS score of group A (6.2±2.3) was higher than that of group B (2.1±1.9, P less then 0.05). The scores of QOLS and MUNSH in group B were (67.57±7.26) and (23.99±3.44), respectively. The scores of QOLS and MUNSH in group A (50.13±10.19) and (12.21±1.47), respectively. The results of the two groups were significantly different (P less then 0.05). After treatment, the RSI index, RFS score, QOLS and MUNSH scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment. (P less then 0.05). As for the sleep respiration monitoring (PSG) results, after 4-week treatment, compared with the group A, the total sleep time of the group B was significantly increased (P less then 0.05), and the number of wakefulness and wakefulness was significantly decreased. The duration of Ⅲ+Ⅳ sleep was also significantly increased, and the proportion of REM sleep time and AHI was significantly reduced (P less then 0.05). ConclusionProton pump inhibitor combined with ranitidine is more effective and safer than single drug treatment, and can significantly improve the throat reflux symptoms.ObjectiveTo divide the deviation parts of nasal septal into different deviation units, and then classify them according to the the deviation units through nasal endoscope, and carry out individual septoplasty for the deviation types. MethodOne hundred and twenty patients having operation indication with different types of nasal septal deviation according to the standard designed by the researchers were included. All included patients underwent individual septoplasty. ResultAll included patients, symptoms of nasal obstruction had different degree of improvements after the individual surgery according to the different types of nasal septal deviation. Conclusion Using the classification of nasal septal deviation based on the deviation units, physicians can implement individual septoplasty for patients, which has great guidance to clinical practice. The study has got great results in practice, and deserved extending.ObjectiveCD8⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺regulatory T(Treg) cells are reduced in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP). However, the role of these cells in nasal polyps(NP) has not been fully investigated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of budesonide treatment on these cells and to assess their roles in neutrophilic NP. MethodEight neutrophilic CRSwNP patients were enrolled and received budesonide nasal spray treatment for three months. Nasal samples were obtained from normal mucosa or NP and cultured in vitro. CD8⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺Treg cells were isolated and purified from normal or NP tissues and cultured in vitro. Then transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and its mRNA were examined in those cell cultures. After that, those cells were administered into NP cultures. Finally, the concentrations of myeloperoxidase(MPO) and interferon(IFN) -γ were evaluated in those tissue cultures. ResultCD8⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺Treg cells were decreased in NP compared to normal tissues. Budesonide treatment did not increase the percentage of those cells in NP.
