To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of warm needle acupuncture (WNA) treatment for Scapulohumeral periarthritis.
Relevant randomized controlled trials will be searched from the databases of Pubmed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang Database, CBM and VIP Database from their inception to September 2021. The primary outcomes are effective rate, visual analog scale score. The secondary outcomes are Constant-Murley score, Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores, adverse events. Two reviewers will independently select studies, collect data, and assess the methodology quality by the Cochrane risk of bias tool. The Stata 14.0 will be used for meta-analysis.
This study is ongoing and will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.
This study will provide an assessment of the current state of WNA for the scapulohumeral periarthritis, aiming to show the efficacy and safety of WNA treatment.
There is no requirement of ethical approval and informed consent, and it will be in print or published by electronic copies.

Carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms are relatively rare, and represent 1% of all intracranial aneurysms. Generally, endovascular coiling and surgical clipping are the 2 most commonly used methods to treat ruptured carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms, it provides the most favorable outcome for a patient. This study aims to assess the efficiency and safety of endovascular coiling vs surgical clipping for patients with a ruptured carotid-ophthalmic aneurysm.
A comprehensive systematic literature review was done in PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and WanFang databases. Only randomized trials that compared endovascular coiling with surgical clipping in patients with ruptured carotid-ophthalmic aneurysm was included. Data was extracted independently by 2 review authors. Moreover, the quality of study and bias risk was evaluated by utilizing an appropriate method. Triallists will be contacted to acquire missing information. check details The data is presented as risk ratio and mean difference, or standardized mean difference with 95% confidence intervals.
The results from the present research shall be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
The present study summarizes the direct and in-direct evidence to judge the efficiency and safety of these 2 methodologies to treat ruptured carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms and attempt to find the most efficiency and safety therapeutical method.
The present study is a meta-analysis based on published evidence. As a result, ethics approval and patient consent are not needed.

Acupuncture and moxibustion has become a commonly used adjuvant treatment method to improve the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). However, There is still insufficient evidence that acupuncture treatment can improve the local microenvironment of endometrium, the endometrial receptivity, and the pregnancy outcome of patients, which is worthy of further study.
To investigate the effect of Stage by Stage Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on endometrial receptivity and Pregnancy Outcome based on the theory of "Chong channel being sea of blood," we will conduct a multicenter randomized controlled trial. Inclusion criteria are as follows infertile women under 45 years of age who received IVF-ET or Intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles. The study will only be applied to women who have failed repeated implantation, that is, women who have failed 3 or more embryo transplants in the past (existing frozen embryos do not require the retrieval of eggs). Those who are not prepared to rlantation window period" (20-24 days after menstruation in the ovary stimulation cycle).
This study will provide important evidence for the use of Stage by Stage Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy Based on the "Chong Channel Being Sea of Blood" Theory in IVF.

The outbreak of a novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV)-infected pneumonia is currently ongoing all over the world. The treatment scheme is generally isolation treatment and symptomatic support treatment. While the majority of patients recover from this disease through methods above, COVID-19 Infection severely affect the physical and mental health of rehabilitation patients, as well as their living quality. Thus, meditative movement is needed to improve outcome of COVID-19 patients in recovery period.
We will conduct systematic searches to identify all relevant studies without any language limitation from the following electronic databases from inception to October 2020 Medline, Ovid, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Scientific Journals Database (VIP), Chinese Biomedical Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System and Wan fang Database. At the same time, we will search the following Clinical trial registries to identify records oe studies in a pretested and standardized Microsoft Excel sheet, with reciprocal validation of data extraction results. Data analysis and quantitative data synthesis will be performed using RevMan software (V.5.3).
The findings of the study will provide new and relatively high-quality evidence in meditative movement treatment for COVID-19.
The conclusion of systematic review will provide evidence to judge whether meditative movement is an effective intervention for patient with COVID-19 in recovery period.

Primary dysmenorrhea (PD), also regarded as functional dysmenorrhea, refers to dysmenorrhea without obvious organic lesions in the reproductive system. It accounts for more than 90% of dysmenorrhea and seriously affects womens life and work. Previous studies have proved that acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective and safe for PD patients. It could relieve the pain rapidly and work for a long time in multiple mechanisms. This protocol aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on PD systematically. With the latest published evidence, a systematic review and meta-analysis of catgut embedding for patients with PD would be carried out in this study.
All randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to acupoint catgut embedding therapy on PD will be searched in the following electronic databases PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Wed of Science, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chongqing VIP Database, Wanfang Database, and Chinese Biomedical Literatures Database (CBM), from inception to September 2020.
