Total quality control (TQC) contains basic quality, link quality, final quality and front, middle, back of the quality in occupational health examination.Objective To develop the certified reference material of cadmium in human urine (freeze-dried) . Methods Urine were collected from normal human, and then the urine samples were prepared by adding standard, mixing, packing and freeze-drying. After homogeneity test and stability test, the urine samples were determined by two methods in seven independent laboratories, the uncertainty of the certified reference material was evaluated. Results Take at least 0.20 ml solution of the certified reference material per use, and the homogeneity is good. Enfortumabvedotinejfv The freeze-dried materials can be kept stable for 12 months at ≤4 °C, and the re-dissolved reference materials can be stabilized for 7 days at 4 °C. The standard values and uncertainty of the two levels were (5.34±0.34) μg/L and (15.47±0.72) μg/L, respectively. Conclusion The standards met the requirements of national standards, and can be used to verify the methods of detecting cadmium in human urine and to detect the samples.Objective To explore the changes of neuron specific enolase (NSE) concentration in serum samples of patients with silicosis. Methods In January 2020, 455 cases of silicosis diagnosed in Yantaishan Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected, and 60 healthy cases and 120 cases of lung cancer were selected as the healthy group and the lung cancer group. The serum levels of NSE were detected by chemical immunofluorescence assay and compared. Results The serum NSE level of silicosis patients was [(22.88±7.86) ng/ml], higher than that of healthy group [(17.96±4.42) ng/ml] (P0.05) . The area under curve of silicosis NSE was 0.718 (P less then 0.01) when the cut-off was 17.49 ng/ml, the sensitivity and specificity of NSE was 78% and 57% respectively. Conclusion The serum NSE level of patients with silicosis is significantly increased, which can be used as an important reference index for the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of silicosis.Objective To investigate the status quo of operating room nurse career management in Shandong Province, and to analysis its influencing factors. Methods In February 2019, 1418 operating room nurses in Shandong province were selected to investigate their general situation and current status of career management and analyze possible influencing factors by using the General Information Questionnaire, the Career Management Questionnaire for Nurses and the Career Planning Questionnaire for Nurses. Results The total score of organizational career management scale was (48.24±11.12) points, with the score of dimension from high to low as valueing training (12.64±2.54) points, justice in promotion (12.11±3.04) points, providing career information (12.10±3.21) points, promotion in career self-development (11.39±3.46) points. The total score of organizational career planning scale was (43.33±9.00) points. Multiple liner regression analysis showed that career planning (β=0.742, P less then 0.001) , hospital grade (β=-0.068, P less then 0.001) and age (β=-0.065, P less then 0.001) were influencing factors of operating room nurse career management which could explained 57.1% of the variation (F=630.596, P less then 0.001) . Conclusion Career management of operating room nurse is at a medium level, the scores of different dimensions are not balanced.Career planning score, hospital level, age and other factors affect the career management score of operating room nurses.Objective To explore the effect of different diagnostic criteria on occupational noise-induced deafness (Onid) , and to provide theoretical basis for the revision of ONID diagnostic criteria. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, the physical examination results of noise-exposed workers during occupational health examination in Qingyuan Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital were retrospectively investigated in September 2019, with Gbz 49-2014《diagnosis of occupational noise deafness》as the study object, 471 workers suspected of Onid were weighted with different combinations of high frequency hearing threshold, and the better ear weight was calculated, compared with the diagnostic criteria of 2007 and 2014, the degree of hearing loss was evaluated. SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis, χ(2) test was used for counting data, and non-parametric test was used for measuring bias data. Results The average age of 471 subjects was (40.32±7.01) years, and the average age of exposure to noishe result, and the weighted 3 kHz high frequency has the least.Objective To summarize the research progress of medical emotional labor in China, and provide data reference for medical workers in the field of emotional labor. Methods In March 2020, we searched the research content of emotional labor of medical workers through CNKI system, and analyzed it by using CiteSpace software. We visualized the topic of emotional labor of medical workers by using the knowledge map formed by keyword co-occurrence and keyword clustering, as well as the emergent words and time zone map. The analysis contents include the basic information characteristics of the selected literature, research hotspots and topics, research trends and frontiers. Results The first related literature was published in 2008, and 126 related literatures were retrieved. Research hotspots include 'emotional labor', 'nurse', 'work burnout', 'medical staff' and 'work satisfaction', etc. Topics can be divided into three categories research objects, variables affecting factors and medical workplace. There are 24 emergent words.
