Independent prognostic impact was confirmed for treatment, β2-microglobulin and del(17p) regarding overall survival and for treatment, del(11q), del(17p) and SF3B1 mutation for progression-free survival. The combination of independent prognostic and gene expression profiling variables performed equal to models including only established non-gene expression profiling variables. Gene expression profiling variables showed higher prognostic accuracy for patients with long progression-free survival compared to categorical variables like the immunoglobulin heavy chain variable gene mutation status and reliably predicted overall survival in CLL8 and an independent cohort. Gene expression profiling based prognostic models can help to identify patients who specifically benefit from fludarabine, cyclophosphamide and rituximab treatment. About 630 000 new cancers are caused by HPV infection every year, among which cervical cancer accounts for the highest proportion (83%). The burden of cervical cancer is serious in China. Research data shows that there were nearly 110 000 new cases and nearly 50 000 deaths of cervical cancer in China in 2018, accounting for about 20 percent and 16 percent of the global total of cases and deaths, respectively. The World Health Organization's position paper clearly states that HPV vaccination can effectively prevent the occurrence of HPV-related diseases. Across clinical studies and real world data from around the world, HPV vaccines have shown good efficacy and safety. As of October 2019, 98 countries and regions around the world have included HPV vaccine in their national immunization program. However, with the increase of vaccination coverage and indications, the safety of HPV vaccine has become a global public health issue of high concern. Since the launch of HPV vaccine in 2006, many authorities around the world and countries have conducted long-term monitoring of the safety of HPV vaccine after its launch, and accumulated a large number of safety data, which showed that the HPV vaccine was safe and supported the use of HPV vaccine. In this paper, the safety data related to HPV vaccine in the world and mainland China will be combed to provide reference for the HPV vaccination in China.In this paper, the history and current situation of environmental health standardization in China are reviewed, and the experience and shortcomings in the process of environmental health standardization in China are analyzed, suggestions for the next step of environmental health standards are also put forward.Haloacetaldehydes (HALs), as emerging disinfection by-products in drinking water, are the third largest group by weight of identified disinfection by-products (DBPs) in drinking water. The formation of HALs is associated with the level of natural organic matter and halide in the source water, the treatment process of drinking water and the type of disinfectant. Recent studies have shown that HALs are more cytotoxic and genotoxic than regulated trihalomethanes and halo-acetic acids in drinking water. Currently, only a few countries and regions have set limit values for trichloroacetaldehyde with high detection rate in drinking water. However, there is growing evidence that unregulated HALs have a higher potential risk to human health compared to regulated HALs. This paper reviews the current research progress on the formation and transformation, cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of HALs in drinking water, and looks forward to the problems that should be paid attention in the future toxicological research of HALs in order to support the development of scientific drinking water standards.In April 2016, the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) adjusted its polio vaccination strategy, converting trivalent oral polio vaccine (tOPV) into bivalent oral polio vaccine (bOPV), and withdrawing type 2 oral polio vaccine (OPV2) globally. However, after the withdrawal of OPV2, there were many outbreaks of type-2 circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus (cVDPV2) in Asia and Africa. In order to eradicate poliovirus completely, GPEI launched the research and development of the novel serotype 2 oral polio vaccine (nOPV2) in 2010 and considering whether it is necessary to reuse OPV. Circular RNA (circRNA) is a single-stranded circular non-coding RNA formed by covalent end to end bonding of RNA precursors. It has functions such as miRNA sponge, binding RNA binding protein (RBP), and protein translation, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases. At present, the research on circRNA in cervical cancer is still at an early stage. The latest progress of circRNA in high-risk HPV infection, occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy is briefly reviewed.Among the staff of Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, Capital Medical University, who received the inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine on January 30 in 2021, 28 recipients were selected for this research. Samples for nucleic acid tests were collected from the surface of the recipients' both hands before and after vaccination. The hemostatic stickers used after the inoculation were also collected for nucleic acid tests. The nucleic acid tests of the samples collected from the surface of both hands of the 28 recipients before vaccination were all negative. After vaccination, the nucleic acid tests of the samples collected from the surface of both hands of recipients were positive in 3 cases, and suspicious in 8 cases, with a positive rate of 10.7%. A total of 25 hemostatic stickers used were collected, 24 of them had positive nucleic acid tests, and the rest one had suspicious nucleic acid test result, with a positive rate of 96%. The hemostatic stickers used after the inoculation have the risk of nucleic acid contamination.
