Results show a non-significant difference between male and female pupils on bullying victimization (χ = .036, P = .849), bullying perpetration (χ = .589, P = .443), and bullying bystander problem (χ = 1.194, P = .275).In conclusion, school bullying is an increasing problem among Nigerian schoolchildren. Initiatives must, therefore, be taken by the Nigerian government to further prevent and counter bullying problem in Nigerian primary schools. Interventions aimed at helping schools to develop effective policies to reduce bullying behaviour among pupils should be initiated.Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in the world and is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Several mutations are involved in the development of CRC. The prognostic significance of the KRAS mutation has been discussed in many studies. We aimed to investigate the prognostic significance of the number of KRAS mutations in metastatic CRC (mCRC).Patients with mutations in the KRAS gene were included in the study. They were divided into 2 groups as single mutation and multiple mutations in the KRAS gene. For the study, 425 CRC patients were screened. KRAS mutation was positive in 191 patients (45%). One hundred ninety-one patients were included in the study, 171 patients (90%) had single mutations and 20 patients (10%) had multiple mutations. Median progression-free survival was 12.8 months in patients with multiple mutations, while it was 8.8 months in patients with single mutations (P .05). The median overall survival of patients with multiple mutations was 40.7 months, while it was 22.7 months for patients with single mutations (P = .01)We found that the presence of multiple mutations in KRAS mutant patients was associated with better overall survival and progression-free survival than a single mutation.Giant cell arteritis (GCA) is the most common vasculitis in elderly, with ischemic and constitutional symptoms caused by vascular involvement and systemic inflammation. Early initiation of therapy results in prompt remission, while patients may still experience flares or severe complications during glucocorticoid tapering. This study was to identify the characteristics of Chinese GCA patients with different prognosis.Ninety-one patients diagnosed with GCA in Peking Union Medical College Hospital in the last 20 years were followed up. Those who were lost to follow up or were followed up for less than 1 year were excluded. According to the prognosis, patients were divided into the group of favourable prognosis (patients who sustained disease remission for over 1 year) and unfavorable prognosis (patients who had relapses or severe complications). Clinical data at disease onset and after treatment were collected and analysed between the 2 groups.Thirty-seven patients with favourable prognosis and 40 patients withe prognosis (P = .014) after treatment.Complete blood count may reflect the disease status of GCA. Little change in monocyte during treatment and lower lymphocytes after treatment may serve as potential predictors of unfavourable clinical prognosis. This study aims to compare Quantra, as an automated volumetric breast density (Vbd) tool, with visual assessment according to ACR BI-RADS density categories and to determine its potential usage in clinical practice.Five hundred randomly selected screening and diagnostic mammograms were included in this retrospective study. Three radiologists independently assigned qualitative ACR BI-RADS density categories to the mammograms. Quantra automatically calculates the volumetric density data into the system. The readers were blinded to the Quantra and other readers assessment. Inter-reader agreement and agreement between Quantra and each reader were tested. Region under the curve (ROC) analysis was performed to obtain the cut-off value to separate dense from a non-dense breast. Results with P value less then .05 was taken as significant. There were 40.4% Chinese, 27% Malays, 19% Indian and 3.6% represent other ethnicities. The mean age of the patients was 57. 15%, 45.6%, 30.4%, and 9% of patients fall under BI-RADS ation.
The objective of this meta-analysis was to summarize and identify the available evidence from studies to estimate the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion (MPE). And provides clinicians with evidence on which to base their clinical decision making.
This review will include all studies comparing clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of MPE. The search strategy will be performed in 9 databases. We will not establish any limitations to language and publication status, published from inception to the July, 2020. Two reviewers will screen, select studies, extract data, and assess quality independently. Outcome is clinical efficacy, QLQ-C30 questionnaire and safety. Alflutinib ic50 The methodological quality including the risk of bias of the included studies will be evaluated. We will carry out statistical analysis using RevMan 5.3 software.
This study will summarize current evidence to assess the efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of MPE.
The findings of this study will provide helpful evidence for the clinician, and will promote further studies, as well as studying the value of TCM.

Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent dermatological disease that patents always suffer from different comorbidities. Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) has been commonly used in the treatment of psoriasis for a long history. Previous systematic reviews (SRs)/meta-analyses (MAs) have shown that CHM may benefit patients with psoriasis. This overview aims to summarize the evidence from published SRs/MAs for clinical application and to provide several directions for future researches.
Nine electronic databases (Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, AMED, CINAHL, CBM, CNKI, VIP Database, Wanfang Databases) will be searched from their inceptions to September 2020 without language restrictions. At least 2 reviewers will independently conduct the study selection, data extraction, and quality assessment. The methodological quality, risk of bias, reporting quality, and evidence quality will be respectively evaluated by the Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews 2 (AMSTAR 2), the Risk of Bias in Systematic Reviews, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), and the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system.
