All CI concentrations were far below the guidance level of 400 μg SPXs/kg proposed by the EU Reference Laboratory for Marine Toxins. In contrast to Queen scallops and ascidians, in Mediterranean mussels and European oysters CIs were found throughout the year. Our data reveal the differences between species predisposed for CIs accumulation, as well as seasonal and locational variations in CIs occurrence.The genome between socially constructed racial groups is 99.5%-99.9% identical; the 0.1%-0.5% variation between any two unrelated individuals is greatest between individuals in the same racial group; and there are no identifiable racial genomic clusters. Victim blame, particularly in cases of acquaintance rape, presents an obstacle to criminal justice. Past research indicates that acquaintance rape results in more blame than stranger rape. However, there are inconsistencies in these findings (e.g., whether there is a linear relationship between victim blame and relationship closeness), partly due to methodological variation.

To examine the effect of victim-perpetrator relationship on victim blame, how this effect is impacted by rape myth acceptance (RMA) and ambivalent sexism (AS), and to establish what the methodological quality is of studies.

Studies were synthesized through a multilevel meta-analysis using the Metafor package in R (version 2.4-0), synthesizing findings from 47 individual studies. Studies compared victim blame between stranger and acquaintance rape, in isolation or in conjunction with RMA and AS, and were identified through a database search.

Twenty-four AGEs were selected and screened for their pharmacokinetic properties. An inward facing conformation of P-gp is required for understanding the interaction of AGEs at the drug binding region and hence the human P-gp protein was modeled. The selected compounds were then docked with the ATP binding site and the drug binding site of modeled human P-gp. Annonacin A.1, Annohexocin.1 and Annomuricin E.1 docked better with high MM/GBSA dG binding in the drug binding region as compared with the conventional drugs. These compounds had a better docking score as compared with control inhibitor drugs at the ATP binding region. The complexes were subjected to MD simulation and Annonacin A was stable throughout the simulation period. Therefore, Annonacin A might act as a competitive inhibitor for the chemo drugs for binding at the drug binding region of P-gp. Hence it is capable of decreasing the efflux of chemo drugs out of the cells by P-Glycoprotein/ABCB1/MDR1. With this computational study, it is concluded that this compound might potentially reverse MDR, and hence can be taken forward for validation studies. Communicated by Ramaswamy H.
