What i told you is my rightful old salary as an employee i just wanted to get paid for overtime.
After 2 years of hard work i'm not asking for a salary raise because i know you are not making a living from fixrunner.
For employees overtime rate is higher than regular work hours but i am not asking you to do that either because i know you are not making a living from fixrunner.
People who work on a company in Bangladesh or Philippine or any country for more than 12 months they get at least one festival bonus but i never asked for that either.
Maybe you did not get my calculation that's why you got this misconception.
So here is the calculation to show you my point of view:
Ever since i'm with fix-runner i get paid $200 for 40 hour work week meaning
$200/40=$5 per hour = $857 per month
As per new work hours set you wanted me to work 60 hours per week meaning
$5 per hour x 60 = $300 per week = $1285 per month
Which is without giving me a salary raise.
If you don't want to pay $5 per hour anymore then i will be dishonored and heartbroken after 2 years with you.
Now about 10% profit share:
Maybe i'm wrong but you probably think 10% profit share is to cover the extra work hours.
But companies give profit share to create motivation, obligation and devotion from employees heart to the company's goal.
That's what exactly what i think is 10% profit share is there for.
I mean it will create my obligation and keen interest to fixrunner's goal.
