1. Batas upgrade wand siswa, maksimal seminggu setelah OWL. Untuk yang hiatus, ditunggu sampai selesai hiatus. Melebihi batas = denda 50G
Alasan : Banyak siswa yang tidak mengupgrade wand nya.
2. Siswa yang tidak mengupgrade wandnya akan dikenakan denda. Denda berupa harga wandx2 + 50G
Alasan : Banyak siswa yang tidak mengupgrade wand nya. Bahkan ada yang selama 1 grade tidak memiliki wand.
3. Siswa yang sudah merubah DoB sebelumnya namun tidak membeli baru. Dan memilih upgrade bersamaan dengan kenaikan grade akan dikenai harga asli x 2 (berdasarkan jumlah data yang berganti)
Alasan : Banyak siswa yang berganti-ganti DoB, tapi tidak membeli wand baru. Setelah itu pergantian DoB dibarengkan dengan kenaikan grade supaya mereka membayar murah.
B. Dari hasil perundingan staff Ollivander, kami memiliki sebuah ide yaitu supaya wand memiliki sebuah efek yang berguna dalam duel.
Sistem :
Ollivander memiliki salah satu fasilitas yaitu test untuk mengetahui inti wand. Inti wand inilah yang akan menentukan efek dari wand tersebut.
Kami mempunyai ide tersebut didasarkan pada beberapa hal :
1. Adanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya mengenai kekuatan apa yang diberikan oleh inti wand. Dan ada juga yang berkeinginan untuk membelinya.
2. Wand sangat berguna dalam duel, namun hanya dianggap sebagai alat biasa saja.
3. Sistem duel di AH yang sering semakin ketat sehingga dengan adanya efek dari wand ini, siswa AH semakin bersemangat dalam melakukan duel.
