This study aimed at the shortcomings of existing fixation algorithms that are image-based only, and an effective tea fixation state monitoring algorithm was proposed. An adaptive filtering algorithm was used to automatically filter the ineffective information. Using the energy extractor, the complete energy information of each fixation image was extracted. GSK-3 inhibitor The image energy attention mechanism was used to identify the prominent features, and based on these, the energy data was mapped to generate the data points as the training data. The cluster idea was adopted, and the training data feed the features trainer. The trend center data of the tea processing energy clustering was generated from different color channels. The corresponding decision function was designed which is based on the distance of the cluster center. The fixation degree of each monitoring image set was measured by the decision function. The Euclidean distance of the energy clustering center of the three channels with the same fixation time progressively approached. The triangle formed by these three points had a trend of gradually shrinking, which was first discovered by us. The detection results showed high accuracy compared with the common classification algorithms. It indicates that the algorithm proposed has positive guiding and reference significance. The Korean government (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Ministry of Education) has framed policies and conducted many projects to encourage adolescents to be more physically active. Despite these efforts, the participation rate of physical activity in Korean adolescents keeps decreasing. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of sports and physical activity in Korean adolescents through big data analysis of the last 10 years and to provide research data and statistical direction with regard to sports and physical activity participation in Korean adolescents. For data collection, data from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2019 were collected from Naver (NAVER Corp., Seongnam, Korea), Daum (Kakao Corp., Jeju, Korea), and Google (Alphabet Inc., Mountain View, CA, USA), which are the most widely used search engines in Korea, using TEXTOM 4.0 (The Imc Inc., Daegu, Korea), a big data collection and analysis solution. Keywords such as "adolescent + sporng order. Convergence of the iterated correlations analysis indicated five clusters exercise and health, child to adult, sociocultural development, therapy, and program. However, female gender, sports for all, stress, and wholesome did not have a high enough correlation to form one cluster. Thus, this study provides basic data and statistical direction to increase the rate of physical activity participation in Korean adolescents by drawing significant implications based on terms and clusters through bid data analysis.d-Galactose (d-Gal), when abnormally accumulated in the plasma, results in oxidative stress production, and may alter the homeostasis of erythrocytes, which are particularly exposed to oxidants driven by the blood stream. In the present investigation, the effect of d-Gal (0.1 and 10 mM, for 3 and 24 h incubation), known to induce oxidative stress, has been assayed on human erythrocytes by determining the rate constant of SO42- uptake through the anion exchanger Band 3 protein (B3p), essential to erythrocytes homeostasis. Moreover, lipid peroxidation, membrane sulfhydryl groups oxidation, glycated hemoglobin (% A1c), methemoglobin levels (% MetHb), and expression levels of B3p have been verified. Our results show that d-Gal reduces anion exchange capability of B3p, involving neither lipid peroxidation, nor oxidation of sulfhydryl membrane groups, nor MetHb formation, nor altered expression levels of B3p. d-Gal-induced %A1c, known to crosslink with B3p, could be responsible for rate of anion exchange alteration. The present findings confirm that erythrocytes are a suitable model to study the impact of high sugar concentrations on cell homeostasis; show the first in vitro effect of d-Gal on B3p, contributing to the understanding of mechanisms underlying an in vitro model of aging; demonstrate that the first impact of d-Gal on B3p is mediated by early Hb glycation, rather than by oxidative stress, which may be involved on a later stage, possibly adding more knowledge about the consequences of d-Gal accumulation.Osmodehydrofreezing (ODF), a combined preservation process where osmotic dehydration is applied prior to freezing, achieves several advantages, especially in plant tissues, sensitive to freezing. OD pre-treatment can lead to the selective impregnation of solutes with special characteristics that reduce the freezing time and improve the quality and stability of frozen foods. ODF research has extensively focused on the effect of the osmotic process conditions (e.g., temperature, duration/composition/concentration of the hypertonic solution) on the properties of the osmodehydrofrozen tissue. A number of complimentary treatments (e.g., vacuum/pulsed vacuum, pulsed electric fields, high pressure, ultrasound) that accelerate mass transfer phenomena have been also investigated. Less research has been reported with regards the benefits of ODF during the subsequent storage of products, in comparison with their conventionally frozen counterparts. It is important to critically review, via a holistic approach, all parameters involved during the first (osmotic dehydration), second (freezing process), and third stage (storage at subfreezing temperatures) when assessing the advantages of the ODF integrated process. Mathematical modeling of the improved food quality and stability of ODF products during storage in the cold chain, as a function of the main process variables, is presented as a quantitative tool for optimal ODF process design.Given the need for comparative research on the participation of adolescents in physical education (PE) classes as a privileged space for physical activity (PA) promotion, this study sought to estimate, analyse and compare the prevalence of participation in PE classes among adolescents from 54 countries and to examine sex, age, country income and world regions disparities. Data from the Global Students Health Survey (2010-2015) were used, comprising 170,347 adolescents (90,305 girls, aged 13-17 years) from nationally representative samples of 54 countries-of which 7 are low-income, 23 lower-middle-income, 14 upper-middle-income and 10 high-income-and six world regions. The weighted percentages of adolescents participating in PE classes (never, 1-2 days/week, 3-4 days/week, 5 or more days/week) were estimated along 95% confidence intervals and compared across sex, age, country income, region, and country. Most adolescents reported to participate in PE on 1-2 days/week (55.2%), but almost 20% of adolescents reported never participating in PE.
