Pants that are a bit more Dressy (slacks) and 15 inch opening...
J Crew 770s look good but not dressy enough. I am still fine getting some though for more casual. Gap too. BR look a bit more dressy and nicer but not good with boots.
Abercrombie straight fixed waist pant look good.
Express too has good chinos and dress pants
J crew: weathered chino, mushroom, black and dark grey
Then any assorted dress pants / slacks

Mushroom grey important for navy polo so I got a darker greyscale color and more businessy professional color than white or khaki. Khaki and white look good with navy too obviously but they’ll always require brown or white shoes and I like usually having one of my pieces be black or dark grey at least .
Mushroom grey definitely the darkest grey I can go and still pair with white. I don’t want any lighter grey cuz don’t like light grey. And black and dark grey don’t like to pair with white sneakers with classic styles in smart/office/classy/preppy casual or formal outfits and setting. Mushroom grey is also nice khaki alternative where i dont need to worry about having a brown shoe or have a light blue or white top. Basically a khaki i can keep grayscale colors with and is easier to dress.

(Slim) Straight fits are better with Chelsea boots but they’re also just as good with sneakers too. I can still get colors I wouldn’t wear with boots like Khaki. And still wear them with sneakers and low shoes and they’ll be just as good as athletic fits. So it’s not that athletic is better for lows and straight better for boots. Both are great for lows and straight is also great for either boots or sneakers too

Dress pants first:

Boot Chinos:
Express straight or express slim straight or J crew or Gap. Dont want too much shit and will get khaki slacks, and since dont "need" straight for khaki cuz no boot, just do black and dark grey.
Mushroom J crew chino looks good. its like a medium grey. i dont want light grey. Can use like dark grey chino so Still dark enough to wear with black sneakers and boots. But its also light enough to wear with Navy top and black tops and also wear with whtie sneakers.

This: Straight Fit (15-15.5) Chinos Black, dark grey and light Khaki. Khaki fine because straight fit 15-15.5 still looks good with sneakers, but these will be better with boots. While athletic BRs only do with low shoes.
Just do 30 for all. Assuming 11+29.5=40.5 its a comfortable quarter break

J crew straight 770 (Chinos and tech dress pants) the dress oxford pants only has faded grey which is no good, its too light to have any contrast for goat BR grey chinos and too black looking to contrast with black polos or button ups. so just the khaki one.

Just get khaki for all, and best one get black and dark grey too. And exchange to 32 if necessary if need to get to 41 total inseam.

Inseam total: Because i am keeping athletic BRs minimum break, these straights i also want to work well with boots just as well as sneakers, and they are straight fit so look totally fine with breaks over quarter unlike Athletic/slim that looks shit. I would like quarter to half break. 40.5-41


Joggers and traveler pants they will be athletic or slim can just do 30.
But for these straight Chinos might want to be 41. in which case id def need to hem a 11+31.5 by 1.5 for.
Traveler pants i probably want mroe flexibility to wear them with boots so go for a slim straight at least with like 14.5-15.5.

Fix for needing brown (or dark) shoes for black jacket outfits: Just change Jacket color to Navy (or beige)
I want brown shoes because i dont like white shoes with black jacket especially in fall when wearing jackets more often. But me not liking white shoes with black jackets make sense though because i wear white shoes with khaki and khaki does not go with black. That is why. It is not necessarily i dont like white shoes with black jacket, but outfits i wear with white shoes, so namely khaki, and light blue shirt with khaki too, dont go well with black. (Dark grey and white tops i wear with khaki too and theyre fine with black jacket, but still wouldnt wear black jacket on them if got khakis on though) and the fix isnt getting brown shoes but just wearing jackets and clothes that match. Plus even with brown or navy shoes (The best colors for Khaki besides grey), they dont even pair with black jacket either.
I think for brown just get normal derby and oxfords for now. If really want a grey sneaker just get vans or dunks. But navy topspin ripoff should be fine and will be

-Get Navy Hilfiger or bruno marc topspin rip offs. (doesnt pair with navy polo, but honestly neither does navy harrington, and id navy button up looks way better with medium grey and off-white pants anyway and with shorts. so dont worry about it. navy with khaki looks like best buy employee)
-Get Brown Oxford but just a real oxford. (Dadawen) or from an actual brand and call it a day. if its comfy just stick with it.
And if i do want a daily brown shoe thats comfier and also gives a better height boost then do the rockport Noah with black sole looks much better and still get sneaker comfort. or cole haan cloudfeel. or dockers easdale, white sole but it looks real. or dockers tradeston

I want a dark grey or navy sneaker, so I dont have to rely on oxford hybrid sneaker only with khakis if i want a darker casual shoe for outfit and want something for a more casual less dressy vibe but still dark. probably grey since navy will only be good with khaki while grey sneaker will be extremely versatile as nice do it all sneaker. But i would rather grey. Grey is more versatile can use it for other things. Navy is harder to pair and only works with khaki, and only really works with light blue, white and khaki and not really dark grey or navy tops which id pair with khakis too. I can also get a navy sneaker (Bruno Marc topspin rip off or Tommy Hilfiger hines) for a non white sneaker to pair with khaki, but I’ll have far less utility with it as it will only be good for khaki pants and only good for smart casual outfits being a dress sneaker and entire point of grey sneaker is its more casual than brown oxford sneaker. And oxford hybrid and navy dress sneaker same formality.
Probably Air Max 1 or NB 273. MY current air max 1 is definitely too white to be considered a do it all grey. HM9936-001. Would probably paint current air max 1 all white too if got this grey one so can differitiate their uses more. plus want a clean all white air max 1 too.

Dadawen amazon oxford seems like a cheap comfy rubber sole but still normal sole regular oxfords for both brown and black. They seem good, comfortable rubber like sneaker oxfords, still true Oxford design and good for formal. Doesn’t invalidate sneaker hybrids though cuz they way better for casual and probably still more comfortable. Definitely pick it up, so i can have a true derby shoe. No fucking lug sole platform like the rockport or aliexpress or fucking frankenstein oxford. still want a true oxford. and this one will most likely have a rubber sole.

Dont mind getting a second Imbert to rotate since it is white and cheap. Just get second for whichever size i get and when i wear it for a bit so i know i like it to warrant a second one

Jordan 4 remastered for all black? But definitely no good to dress up to smart casual like a black AF1 can. Would just have to wear it for casual athletic or non athletic casual, not smart casual. All black smart casual sneaker: tbh it may end up looking like work shoes and i just cant find one i like. Black topspin is decent but it will look like work shoes. I think for all black you either gotta go oxfor/derby style or like UN Briley Lace or Rockport Noah all black hybrids, or with a basketball style sneaker like black AF1 or reebok Chill ATR all black etc. In the middle looks no good.
