TREATMENT: dosage/reps/sets/duration/grade/positioning.
POST-TREATMENT: STR have set her muscle tightness at ease. The patient has found all the exercises helpful and is happy to continue them as a HEP. He have been told that the pain threshold should be 4-5/10 while doing the HEP, otherwise decrease the ROM and the reps or skip and discuss in their next session.
NEXT SESSION : Progress/Regress exercises according to the assessment done in the next session. MFR/spiral mobs is required.
