Mental Health in the UK
Since the NHS was first introduced 70 years ago, physical health has seen advances in medical technology and treatments, at no cost when in need. But mental health is not yet seen the same progress.
Many reported feeling great about their mental health, yet were worried that other people might not. They also discussed the effects of economic downturns on their own and other' mental health.
1. Get help

The NHS has stated that it is determined to address the stigma and inequalities of mental health, as well as the gap between mental and physical health care. However, there is a lot to do. We need to change the way that we think and discuss mental health. We need to break down the barriers that divide us and to build a society in which people value mental wellbeing as much as physical wellbeing.
