Article 1: Executive Department
Section 1
The Governor of Despina has supreme executive authority, along with powers granted to him by the Constitutional Title and its interpretation by the courts.
Section 2
(A) No person may be Governor who, at the time of election, is less than 30 months old, is not a full citizen of Neptune and resident of Despina, or has been a citizen and resident for less than 5 months.
(B) No person, while Governor, may serve any other office except for in the military.
Section 3
(A) The Governor is to be elected to one term every 4 months.
(B) No Governor may serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
