As a grade 6 student studying at Laoag Central Elementary School (LCES).Heres my story. I transfered in LCES when i turned in grade 1 because the preschool i went for nursery and kindergarten are seperated school that is only for nursery and kindergarten ,so basically the grade 1 students are mostly close with each other , so i was the new kid in my class that dont have any friends(of course theres no new kid that has friends on her/his first day of school at a new school) i was just seating lonely eating my snack that my mom gave me i was eating my snack while reviewing my notes for the next subject because i didnt had any friends to hang out with.But then i caught a boy looking at me with a smile on his face then i smiled at him back.And then he went up to me and asked if i was the new kid and i said yes then he said his name was Jerico but people call him echo.He said he was observing me for the past few days and realize i havent been making any friends so he asked if he can be my friend (i didnt know we were neighbors ) and i said sure .So me and echo hang out everyday and we made another friend that is kyann we would hang out everyday.But when pandemic started me and echo were stll classmate in gr 2 and 3 but grade 4 we were seperated even grade 5 but i was classmates with kyann in grade 5 but in grade 6 my trio was in the same section now including me.Kyann found a new trio now but echo and i became super close every parties that we get invited to (that we both know ) we would hang out but then when he came over to my house to review for pisay.When we accidentally touched each others finger.Echo held my hand and said "Daph theres something ive been wanting to tell you,Daph I like you i dont like you as a friend i like you more then friend,or a girl best friend , so daph will you be my girlfriend?" and i replied with "echo were to young to be dating beside our parents will get mad with us ,i like you too but were to young so the answer is no i would love too but were to young".Then Echo let go of my hand and went back to reviewing and didnt talk after convosation.When Echo was about to leave i said "Bye Echo Bag",he didnt reply he just looked at me and hopped on his bycicyle.It got me thinking that instead of rejecting him we should serectly date but with no like what couples do fter school.At monday morning,Echo was gone bc he was the SELG president and look after the late students.I decided to just wait until lunchtime to tll him (we have lunch together).When we were dismmised i called echo he just looked at me and just waited for me at our spot.When i sat beside him (We have friends that have lunch with us sometimes and the table was full the only available sit is beside echo so i had no choice).When our friend left it was me and ehco left so i said to him "echo i know your mad at me or sad that i recjected your proposal but i figured out a solution so you stopped ignoring me" and he replied "what is it' with a low voice.And i replied "we could secretly date without our parents knowing but let just be normal couplewith no kisses yet just hugs for now'.And he excitedly said "really?! yes i would love that !" he shouted "ok calm down but we cant change our nickname in chat bc they willsee it " i replied and he said okay.The next day he hugged me (first time we hugged aww i love him) and i hugged him back.After a few months summer came."WOOOOHHHHH ITS SUMMER TIME TO ENJOY WITHOUT TRAINING OR STRESS" and i just looked at him and laughed and hugged.The first night of summer we had a sleepover only me and echo we watched a filipino movie named "This Time" and the movie was like our relationship but it was a distance dating not secretly dating .The movie was halfway done i fell asleep and echo saw the guy touching the girls face through the screen and he did it also and he pretended to fall asleep and cuddled with me while i was asleep.
